Hi Katie, if a customer orders two months in a row, do you use the second order month as the begining of the 3 months or would it still just be first order with the 3 months?

Hello. I wanted to just mention two things. Your customers can’t put dish soap in their Sensi club, because this soap is no longer available except through limited time offers. Also, I would say that Sensi club is sometimes a good deal. It’s actually much cheaper. If you’re buying a lot of bars, to bundle them on the website, as long as their bars, you can still purchase through the website. For instance, I’ve seen some people with large clubs, I have a large for myself. But I only ever use it for things I can’t get in a catalog. If you have 60 bars, at full price that would be $360. If you do that on the website through bundles, then you only pay. $300, so you save $60. Through Sensi club, you get 10% off, once you spend $30, so 10% off of 360 is. $324. So, if you have a large order like that, you can save $36 in Sensi club, or $60 ordering from the website. The place where Scentsy club really shines, is if you get to $60 and get a half price item, especially if you don’t waste it on something small, and buy something like a brick, or a replacement filter for the air purifier for the whiff box. The thing I appreciate about my consultant in particular, is that she tells me what is in is not a good deal, and doesn’t encourage me to just let my club sit there, but to actively edit it, and use it primarily for the always get my bar perk. I have some friends and acquaintances, whose consultants have not help them out, who waste a lot of money, buying things, they forgot to edit and take out, or they’re surprised when a particular scent of counter, clean or scent circle suddenly disappears from their club, because the catalog has changed, and their consultant didn’t warn them. So it’s definitely a great tool, if you’re willing to put in the time and effort to help your customers, get the most out of it.

For instance the mothers or Father’s Day collections or the upcoming sunshine state of mind collection? Do you ever include those things in your regular vip mail? Or just clubbers?

I love this vip mail system you have created. How do you keep tracked of who has and has not ordered. Looking to digitally log it but I think maybe I’m overthinking it. Just looking for an outside opinion!

Do all of your diffusers give off that mist because I was reading today that a diffuser with mist is not good for a cat I’ve had mine now approximately two weeks and I own two cats one of them are acting really weird in the last week and I don’t know if it’s got something to do with that or not
