Nyngan (N.S.W.) CMCA Caravan Park

The prices quoted in this video were accurate at the time of recording. We had originally booked for 4 nights, but ended up staying for 6 nights. Great 'Camp Custodians' at the Park. There is plenty of room, but very busy at this time, with everyone returning from the Mundi Mundi Bash. Lots to see in the area too. (see our precious video)

Got the bikes out, while we are at Nyngan N.S.W. and went for a lunch ride to the Rabbit Trap Pub. Not a big ride, along some back country roads. Passed a few 'carny' trucks on the way (managed to get one on camera) And managed to avoid one psycho emu (but didnt get him on camera)!

Great Day For a Ride

After 3 months in Mildura, we travelled all the way (?) to Berri. While here we ventured out for rides over a couple of days, to Loxton and Waikerie. A great lunch at the Loxton Pub on one day, then another great lunch at the Waikerie Bakery.
Rio Vista - Mildura's Chaffey House

Part of our visit to Mildura's Art Centre, was a tour around the original Chaffey House. The Chaffeys are a huge part of the history of Mildura. Amazing workmanship in this old house.
Hot Air Ballons in Mildura

Mildura held a week of Hot Air Balloons, with the kick off being at the Recreation Reserve and Trots Track. What an awesome event it was, too. So many balloons, and we reckon every person from the Mildura area must have been there. An amazing night.
Jambaroo Racetrack

Theresa and I joined the local Mallee HOG Chapter as volunteer Flag Marshalls for the night. Some great, and very intense racing by all. From crazy Sidecars to little tackers on their 50cc bikes. Great fun.
Rainbow, Victoria

On our trip to the Victorian HOG Rally in Mildura, we had a stop and look around the town of Rainbow. Check out Mick's Little Desert Motorcycles and Guitars. Mick has a knack of re-purposing a lot of stuff, including making guitars from random parts, and it is not uncommon for people to end up 'jammin out back in his mancave.

MOVE in Shepparton, Victoria

We went to check out the MOVE Museum today (Museum Of Vehicle Evolution) in Shepparton, Victoria. Spent a few hours in here, which is easily done. Lots to see; cars, motorcycles, trucks, bicycles, and a Furphy Museum too. Highly recommended.
