Hey, i am collecting complet Booster Artwork Sets. I bought 4 different Booster designs here in Austria from Clashground Set and 2 different Booster from The Awakening. Do you know how many different Artworks are in each set? (Clashground + Awakening) Hope you know what i mean :) Couldnt find infos in the internet. Big thx from a colelctor from austria :) greetings

What I have trouble grokking is that you have two whole parts of the attack phase, attacker buff step and defender buff step, dedicated to only 4 cards in either players' deck, which are clash buffs? Am I missing something here?

Got our alpha clash tourny tonight ill post up my list if i go undefeated again. My last list is uploaded already which was called “Pest Control” this week im playing a different deck. Hoping to upload our gameplay to youtube at some stage as it might be helpful for the community to see things in live action and do live decklists ect. I search taking risks with clevland or the 4 cost obstruct haven with it. As i said i think haven is quite slow atm it feels kinda bad. But it does well. The 2 cost haven taking risks is the best card in the deck as on enter it gets you 3 counters. If you have 5 resources you can have her plus accumulation for 5 counters plus the 1 from start of turn trigger on back pack makes 6 in a turn. Then on their turn if you have the obstruct 4 cost haven you gain another 2 thats 8 so it is relatively well paced but idk haven just feels slow still with what we have.

Yeah i agree on accumulation bro but atm we dont have alot that helps us with collection counters worst case i used it as a resource but it is nice to drop later like turn 7 to get you over the line. Pocket dimension isn’t great either i agree as-well hence i only have 2 in there. It is all to slow atm in my opinion. I was winning turn 8 consistently and did win turn 6 with an amazing draw. So i definitely think we need more havent support for it to really push over the edge. Appreciate you checking out the deck on stream though. I have another deck up there i went undefeated with at locals. Pest control its called.

Seeing what you were working with all game, that deck drew _exactly_ the way I intended for it to draw. Sure, you had a slow start (though Conquest Domineer can mitigate that somewhat as an early blocker), but eventually you catch up because your individual cards are each a lot better. It's sort of analogous to the theory behind Dragon / Angel builds in MTG. I'd say this is a much more successful experiment than other Lunar Apocalypse variants I've attempted. The trick is how you sequence your late game. For example, what I would've done on your Turn 6 is go Moon + Triumphant + Domination. This would let you swing out for one extra card, a total of 6 damage including Conquest contender's static bonus, and you'd have your Triumphant up as a 3/3 blocker for next round. It would've set you up for a brutal Victorious / Destroyer + Domineer play next turn, which would've drawn you two more cards virtually regardless of anything I would've done. The Victorious route would've also played around the _three_ Deliverance (your worst case scenario) I had in hand that you didn't see, as you want my Deliverance hitting your midranges, not your Destroyer if you can at all help it.

I have a number of questions about the draft box. Will draft be able to work with just four people drafting? As far as the price support and box toppers, buying one draft box, does that guarantee a full set of alt art? Or is it completely randomized?

As used to be a bit of a joke back when I coded in an office: Boss: "And does it work?" Me: "...'Work' is a _strong_ word..." It's interesting that at least _some_ people are playing around with Haven. I wonder how much she'll actually see play as a contender given that she's literally gated behind a legendary, meaning not everyone who wants to even _attempt_ will have the shot, which isn't gonna' do nice things to the secondary market cost of Backpack. From what I've seen, anything that folds Pestilence is going to flatten Haven, but I think Pestilence does more to justify that 0/1 20LP chassis. 25 is a LOT of Collection Counters, and what's worse is that the victory trigger is at the start of your turn, so even if you get it, you have to live for _one more round_ on top of it all. The first person to get 25 counters on their backpack is gonna' be pretty disappointed... And then there's tournaments, where you have 50 minutes to win 2 games. I wonder how many people have done this math, but if you can't literally average a collection counter every minute (to put it into perspective, that's comparable to most contenders' damage yield), you don't have a flying squirrel's chance in a wind tunnel of a clean 2-0. And if it takes more than half the time to lose the first game, you may as well pack it up because your second game is going to turns at best. Whatever the merits of the Slow Play Princess might be in casual, she is not cut out for Vegas short of a drastic extension in tournament play time... which actually might be called for in general. I ran Torque and had the occasional clock problems in Set 1, especially when we went to Game 3, and Torque wasn't even _that_ slow. The curse of a more thoughtful game.
