What tires do you use on the pickups?
Very beautiful ❤❤❤
@@leuserstoneschannel thank you!
@@jenskolbuken7745 D Danke!

A beautiful tribute for a couple of beautiful people
My Dearest Brian, I thank God that He brought us together in Holy Matrimony 41 years ago to travel this journey of life together. You certainly have been my life’s greatest blessing! Together we’ve experienced & learned so much together. What a beautiful thing it has been to be committed to share “It All” together since August 20,1983, when we said our vows together before God & our families. Thank you Brian for your devoted love and unwavering commitment as we have continued to walk together towards the glorious finish line … back to the arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ. “Together We’re Better! 💞”
Tough people. I hunted caribou up there in the 80s.
👍👍👍
Amazing video.
Thanks Don!
Your choice of music is crazy cool, so glad I was able to see this in 1080p.
It’s amazing how they’re able to move those huge & Im sure very heavy structures down those ice roads. 😅 Very carefully!!
What are the checkpoints for? just wondering
To make sure the vehicle operators are authorized to use the road, that each person in the vehicle has Arctic gear in case their vehicle breaks down, and to account for all vehicles and persons on the ice road. The checkpoints also have a toilet, coffee & water, and snacks such as cookies. Occasionally drivers will ask directions to a drill site or camp after they cross the ice road.
Amazing work capturing this difficult job. one of those rigs resembled a truck train like I've seen in Australia, do they run chains or studs?
No chains or studs, just good winter tires. Thanks Don!
Interesting Video! Thanks for the glimpse of one aspect of North Slope Life. ❄️ 🥶 🌅
Interesting content
Nice, Canadian ice roads starting next week Feb . 10
Thank you and be safe over there in God’s country!
How did it work out for you?
The first half of the season was nice and smooth, but later on, it got really rough. The ice was badly cracked, and every trip was brutal, I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Every season is different and full of surprises, but I still enjoy every bit of it.
Thanks Don
Looks like some really rough work, so glad you're able to get some time off.
"promosm" 😋
?
Enjoyed very much, I had no idea there is flowing water out there!
Thanks Don. I didn’t know that there was water out there either. I should have mentioned in the video that was the Gila River. Apparently they are letting water release from the dam upstream. I was east of Florence about 10-12 miles. Whenever you get a chance we should go out there, it’s a great place to see some beautiful desert scenery.
Definitely a Black tail, I have never ran across a sidewinder. nice video Brian!
Thanks Don!

Nice!!!
That's tremendous, great job Bree! Outstanding video Brian 👊🏻
🎉 What a great fisherwoman!
I loved your opening shot of the White River where I took a photo of the Midnight Sun in 1992. Traveled the Alcan Hwy by myself, camping in a tent. My 50th birthday. Best trip ever .Would love to visit more of Alaska.
Like the timelapse, was the trail popular with hikers?
It was on that day, with the good weather. A lot of the folks on the trail were runners training for the race on the 4th of July.
do not see many pure whites in canada like 20 yrs ago, that s bad
Which campground. We will be there next week at Resurrection South
We’re at the Resurrection campground, across from the showers. Come by and say hi!
🙌🏻 John 1:5. “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. 🎉
Very cool, awesome history of the ALCAN highway.
Thanks Don, another fun fact is that the U.S. government still funds road maintenance and construction projects on the Alcan. Rightfully so, because a lot of the traffic is US bound
Part 2 is awesome! wow those fuel prices, it is liters not gallons right? Safe travels!
Great video Brian, How many feet is the trailer? looking forward to your next video, safe & fun travels!
Thanks Don, The trailer is 31 feet. We averaged 10-11 MPG on the way up here- so far anyway. We paused here in Fairbanks until next Tuesday, then we have another 500 miles to Seward. Thanks!
Great job putting together this video! Beautiful!

The cobble-stone paths are amazing, the acoustics in the church was so cool.

Israel. You should have prayed at the Wall. Also the trees planted at Yad Vahem were dedicated to the Righteous Gentiles. The people who helped the Jewish people during the Holocaust.
