Update for Sunday 5th November GMT+8: They have updated the game once more, but this bug is still in the game. Hopefully it gets patched soon as accidentally one-shotting minibosses is making my playthrough quite boring.

Hey, this video is from 11 hours ago but did u record it recently? because ive been trying to get this item and its been making me losing my mind falling to death left and right, then having to walk back there from the church -.- now i see that in your game u have way more branches and they are way closer to u to jump on, thats not the case for me, they are literally not there so idk how to even get there, do u know if u play on the latest ERR version?

I was a bit worried because i only have np1 ibuki, but this worked really well for me, even as a 4 turn strat. Thank you for uploading this

11:47 That's called Point of Collection (PoC). From Touhou 6 to 8 the PoC only enabled if your shot power is maxed out, in Touhou 10 onwards the game shows you where the line is and your shot power don't have to be maxed

Using bombs is definitely not dishonor. Commonly, non-bombing-play is just a lunatic-player's killing time. Almost all part of the Touhou is puzzle-solving, not a enduring test of your reflexes. There are safe dodging ways, and once found the way of a part, then you'll never make misses. What the player have to do is just continuing this process. DO NOT image the demo playing showed at the title page. That's only a creator's terrifying, especially in th6, th7, and th8.

In the entire Touhou series, dying while in possession of a bomb is the worst mistake you can make, so if your goal is to clear the game, don't hesitate to use bombs. Getting spell cards can also be done in Practice Mode. Be sure to catch the valuable items, such as the 1UP items dropped by the mid-boss Meilin in Stage 3. Patterning is very important along the way in Stage 4. The white part of the big bullets produced by the mid-boss little devil can't be missed by touching it. Also, Patchouli is very difficult to deal with, so using bombs effectively will be the key to clearing the stage. so you are playing the games in order right? not a bad choice. Also you are so much better than me when i started. MAJOR TIP: USE ALL BOMBS BEFORE DYING. If you have a fast reaction time, you cant press bomb immediately when you get hit and you will perform what is called a “death-bomb”. During a death bomb, you get hit, you hear the death sound but you dont die because the bomb saves you. Dying with 3 bombs is the worst possible death that can happen. For stage 4, the boss changes her spells depending on the character you use. For some of the enemies in stage 4, if you kill them all the bullets on the screen will clear and some of them are aimed at you so streaming is the best here. Streaming is basically making the bullets aim at you and moving slightly to the right to redirect the bullets. This allows you to have more breathing space and makes the screen less chaotic.The midboss of stage 4 has some thiccccc bullets and in touhou, the thicccer the bullets the more deceiving the hitbox may seem and your own character’s hitbox is smaller. I think ive touched on everything you need to know so far and youve been playing really well so far. Just need to start bomb spamming more lol.

When be hit, 3 bombs are supplied with previous having's loss. Thus, for example, miss with 2 bombs means the perfect waste of them. Please don't hesitate to use. Almost die, then use. Feel afraid, use. Forefeel terrible bullet, use.

Nice that you did a viewr request but imo PCB is the most easy (you can do it next oh and afret beating 6-8 I recomend 14 and 17 when it comes to newer games)
