Used lactic acid 10% w/ HA a few times without applying a moisturizer. My understanding is that it should be applied on dry skin. I experienced a bit of stinging but it faded quickly. The last time I applied a moisturizer and the stinging was intense. The next day there was peeling. Everyone says that this product doesn’t peel. For 48 hours I applied moisture only. After a couple of days without actives my skin was back to normal. Anyone else experience this?

This product is actually bad for your skin. Its has alchohol in it. They dry the skin, cause irritation and can trigger rosacea flare-ups. They also prevent the absorption of Vitamin A - the lack of which promotes premature ageing.
