I just learned something.

My first week I couldn’t chew damn near ANYTHING. So my mom made me milkshakes to help me feel better and just so I’d have an easier time eating 🤣 the pain was unbearable but having milkshakes pretty much on demand was awesome

No because I ate spaghetti after getting braces. Worst decision ever it hurt so bad I forgot to chew and choked on noodles. I could've died on NOODLES!!!

During my first weeks with braces I broke the food as much as a could with my tongue and squishing the food apart on the roof of my mouth. Soft food, of course. Eventually I lost my patience and just ate like a normal person.
