Overwatch, the good guys: slaughtered omnics in droves during the crisis. Null Sector, the bad guys: fight for omnic rights and equality by any means necessary. Huh, that's a little weird.
The Omnics during the crisis weren't sentient, just drones being controlled by the Anubis AI. It wasn't until Aurora's sacrifice did the Omnics gain sentience.
“By any means necessary” Like bombing and killing innocent people by the millions and kidnapping thousands of innocent omnics? Are those necessary means to you? Null Sector does not fight “the oppressor” they fight the innocent. Speaking as a black man, would me just running out and stabbing random white people be “fighting for racial equality”. No! It’s just murder. Rammatra does not fight against the system which oppresses omnics, he is a genocidal maniac using a righteous intention to justify means beyond deplorable. And omnics weren’t sapient during the first Omnic crisis.

He’s a leader of an uprising, sharing no mercy with those that oppose him or even stand at neutral or passive ground. May be for a just cause but that doesn’t make it right. He’s a tragic villain, but a villain nonetheless.

Not sure if he’s changed in the past few years, but the elimination and/or subjugation of humanity for the sake of mutants because mutants are “superior,” as far as we should call it, is bad. Villains can have good and just reasons to do things. Doesn’t mean they’re the good guys.
@Sunny-uz8cw he has changed lately but mostly because the overall theme of xmen has changed towards uniting all of mutantdom separately from humanity instead of coexisting in the way they did before

Malcolm X wasn’t violent, and he didn’t hate white people either. Rammatra is violent and is fully absorbed in his hatred of humans. The only similarity they remotely have is wanting the best for their people, but Malcolm X also acknowledged the ignorance that rules American society and kept true understanding between people at bay. They’re only similar superficially, their messages are completely parallel, Malcolm X wanted understanding, Rammatra wants total annihilation

He’s mostly based off Malcom X and Zen is MLK just like in marvel with professor X and Magneto, though Both characters just like the real life Malcom took the liberation into hate becoming racist to the oppressor as a black dudes it’s interesting cause yeah we were oppressed but at what point does to much liberation make us into the oppressors we once fought against

While Mondatta was the one talking about peace between Humans and Omnics.
