I think S3 overall is much harder but pretty sure Amsixx referred to just the hardest "section" he has done which is the invis wk section of S2 but since you get to that section super fast the star is arguably easier then like S3

Visually looking when mario is going to hit the wall and also through the rythm of mario's sounds when he walljumps.

Yeah basically those are just based on feeling, the sounds that mario does and how visually close he is to the wall also helps, but I do those mostly by feeling. It's something that you get used to with practice.

@@amsis Thanks! have you downloaded Mario Builder 64? I'm playing with it right now. Working on making a level. Calling it "Only Up" in inspiration of Kaze's hack. The plan is to make this into a giant mountain to traverse. Planning to make it so there are multiple ways to get up some ways harder than the other, and try to make it progressively harder the further you go up. Should be a piece of cake for you. I plan for it to be harder than Vanilla. I'll build the mountain first then figure out the star layout later. Also planning to have the mountain hollow so can have some challenges inside the mountain. ( But I don't know if there will be camera issues with that. ) Don't know we'll see, adapt as I go.

Ty!! Tbh after doing reds I think I've changed my mind and I think S2 path is the hardest for me tbh lmao A lot of people said that s3 and s4 are the hardest but for some reason I didn't struggle to much on them.

​@@amsis Honestly I find it funny cause at the time I did the stars I definitely had S3/S4 literally 2 tiers above (like 2.5-2.8 for S1/2 vs 4.5-4.8 for S3/4) but now that I look at it again and even went through it for fun I feel like they are much closer kinda strange cause I definitely didn't feel wrong with my initial rating way back then lmfao

@@wbm7533 yeah idk, like if I think about it s3/s4 should be harder because they are longer and they have the firsty, but for me somehow didn't feel too different difficulty wise compared to s1/s2 lmao

To get Star 6 in course 11 you need to access It through course 13 so i will get it whenever i get there

@@amsis Ok, I thought it was something like that. How long did it take you to memorize the courses like the back of your hand?

@@Genzaijh It depends on the difficulty of the course. Usually normal stars would take like 20-30 minutes to learn and coin stars will go from 2-5 hours. Again, It highly depends on difficulty and length.
