I was a happy & returning customer. I had never had a bad experience with him and all my reviews were positive. I appreciated his professionalism and good service. What was my surprise when i tried to buy, not even making an offer and i get this message that this seller does not accept any offers or business from me. At first, i thought this was a mistake and tried again, same message pops up. I turn off my phone and re start it, go back to ebay and try to buy what i wanted to buy and the same message comes back. Like i said, i was a happy & returning customer and never left a single bad review because i never had a bad experience with them. I sent him a very respectful & cordial email im the same manner and demeanor that all my reviews have been towards him and his business and he never answered. As a customer, i feel let down by this and will not be returning even if this was a mistake. We all have problems, and have to cope & deal with them on a daily, but taking out your anger & frustration out on everyone indiscriminally is not fair, it is rude and the fastest way to burn your business & bridges to the ground. I have nothing to say about the owner personally since i don't know him at that level, but his way of handling this is out of touch with reality and God only knows how many other customers he pushed away. He doesn't want my money, there's plenty of other vendors to spend it on.

Half of my models came from waffle. Only 1 item arrived broken and give him a neutral rating in ebay. And on the next day, he restrict me to buy anything from his ebay store. Sadlife, and i create a new account to buy a model from him.

how did you make your airport terminal? looks super nice

First of all, I just want to say, that you had a well thought out and reasoned video, and you even warned us when you were about to go on a rant, so well done there. Having said that, what I have written below is my personal experience with the man. Honestly he's either feast or famine with some collectors. Just to add my two cents or so, and I am writing this as I am listening to the video. 1. Other stores re-sell Gemini Jets from other sources and are still official Gemini Jets Stores (Pandafox and Diecast Jets for examples) 2. Waffle has had, and honestly I haven't seen it in awhile a banner on their own page, basically saying that Gemini Jets are VERY likely to arrive broken, and that: a. It's not his fault even though he doesn't do any Quality Assurance on his product ( He has stated on Facebook, that he's too busy to QA his product) b. It's not the shippers (USPS, UPS Fedex's) Fault c. It's all Gemini Jets fault, even though their planes come from the same factories as other "Superior" brands (again, all of point #2 is stuff he has stated on Facebook) 3. While I've gotten models from him succesfully through eBay, he, in conversations with me on Facebook, he flatly stated that he didn't consider me a customer 4. Mika (Michael?) Waffle has stated that he buys them from distributors, not Gemini jets directly 5. I've seen copies of emails from him that show he lowers himself to personal insults when some people, not everyone, asks for a refund on a broken model, not just people who write him "bozo" emails, but I've seen emails that were professional and courteous, and got back personal insulting emails. Like you said at the begining, as you were talking about your collection, I have nearly 500 Gemini Jets, and 3 came in with issues. while my JC wings, Dragon Wings, Jet X, Phoenix models have had a much higher error rate. So then the question is why does, or did Waffle have such an issue with Gemini well before they posted their statement about him? Thank you for reading my little rant here.
