You can use skins to change how your osu! looks. The skin used here was "WhiteCat 2.0 ~ new" which you can find here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lede8-n39472KL1QTk5thIllbRY43Fei Just download it, open the downloaded file and it should automatically install and apply the skin. You can always switch between installed skins in your game's options.
