This place is in Mana right. I think this is where my dad was born.
Yes it is in Mana. There were a few people who lived there with goats and pig pens when I was young.
This is a wonderful story. I am learning so much too. Mahalo!
Wonder filled story. I love the line dart like a shadow avoiding the sun. Great description makes me visualize it. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for listening.
Mahalo for sharing this intriguing story! It just goes to show that not all the unseen are malicious, and that when you go into a place with respectful intentions they can sense that and maybe if you're lucky luck falls upon you.
You're welcome. Mahalo nui for your kind words and insight! I completely agree-many of these stories remind us that the unseen are not always to be feared, especially when approached with respect and aloha. It’s amazing how often good fortune or protection seems to follow those who tread lightly and honor the history and spirits of a place. I’m glad you enjoyed the story!
i have been wanting to know about the Nawao who exist in the wao akua . Now I even know how to pronounce the word. Mahalo nui loa.
What a memorable Kauai supernatural story
