I was just researching air purifiers, because for my hobby I am dealing with small particles from sanding epoxy resin and also VOCs from it. I found Levoit and their products seemed of good quality and replacement filters (also from 3rd party) are easily available. I was unsure which model I should get, so your video definitely helps me decide! And your video and style of analysing and presenting the different models was great! In any case I am getting the Core Mini that I can place on my desk (and also move to different rooms easily), but also a larger model like the Core 400s, Core 600s or the Vital 200s. For sufficiently dealing with VOCs, e.g. from epoxy resin, the amount of carbon in the Levoits is probably still not enough, so I am probably getting a duct fan with a large carbon filter (those have 4kg - 6kg!) in addition (and opening the window).

Thank you for your help. I was choosing between the Coway and the Levoit air purifiers. After reading your comment and reply, I've decided to buy the 600S. Does the "S" at the end mean it has smart features? I'm ordering the 600S on Amazon. The Honeywell model from Walmart isn't right for my situation, as the air quality in my building is inferior due to several factors. I’m not sure if the size of my apartment matters when selecting an air purifier, but I plan to get the 600S for my bachelor apartment if I don’t hear back. Thank you for the helpful video!

Ok, so if S400 has most carbon, it's the best for removing everything bad from air and it's most compact.

The screw over the battery compartment is to prevent curious children from removing and swallowing the battery, you'll find this screw now on every battery cover.

Any reason you didn't test the Eufy S1 Pro Omni? It's like the top tier one. A bit expensive though... Great video in any case!

Please, I bought the Levoit Core 600S Smart True HEPA, I saw it in operation, but it produces an annoying sweet-sour plastic, which spreads and remains in the room. What does this mean? Does it happen to you too? What should I do? It's not a cheap product, does this smell disappear with use? I prefer the smell of cigarettes to this so annoying. Thank you,

I have both 400s (RED) & 200s in my office/game room where i occasionally like to smoke some Humboldt Oregano and they perform great with eliminating the odor & smoke.

I just got 2 vital 200s it’s whisper quiet both of them on sleep mode and the second fan speed it’s audible on high but not bothersome at all. Turbo mode is very loud but it moves a bunch of air. Excellent video. Simple and well put together.

Was considering the Levoit after getting their purifier. Glad to see their vacuum game design is up there too. These guys know how to suck properly.

I assume the Levoit (VeSync) app is the same across all models? If it's a non-smoking house and no pets, it would be great if the filters could somehow be inspected to see if they need replacing. Just based on calendar or hours used is not a good proxy. BTW, based on how well they clean, and filter-cost I was considering: Clorox Smart Air Purifier (Model 11011) Nuwave OxyPure ZERO (Model 47251) Morento (Model 3C9BD5-7EE30F-F3C / HY4866-WF ) Kenmore Smart PM4030 / 2300e Levoit 600S Coway AP-1512HH (No Wifi) Of the many Shark products ( HP302 , HC502 , HP201 , HP202), not sure which can meet the California clean-air requirements.. HP302, HC502? But non have a Wifi app option. The Coway 400S is a bit too expensive, and the cost of replacement filter for the Medify MA-112 is ridiculous!

I just ordered the 600s for an Xmas present to myself and girlfriend for £200 (as new on amazon), but now I'm thinking due to size (i do not have a huge flat) I should get an as new 400s for £126 instead - especially since I personally do a lot soldering and 3d printing, which is helped by the charcoal. Hmm. Not sure. Help me decide habibi 😂 Also, I am not sure your air pressure setup tests pressure, because you used an airflow sensor, not a pressure sensor. Great setup and video though! ❤

I have my core mini-p on 3 24/7 I might need to get a bigger one because even though it does pick up a decent amount of dust I feel like my room accumulates more than it filers for some reason. Not sure why since I barely open my windows and always have the ceiling fan on low as well.
