I’ve always loved the old legends the Gtr and older models of supra but I honestly like the Nissan z interior more then the Supra
I like the new z interiors, especially the seats. They are nice. Supra interior is just the basic bmw stuff and that’s it. Pretty bare bone. But that’s part of the reason I like it, it’s simple.

hey matt with this spoiler did you have any scuffs, or scratches on it? i've ordered 3 now from them and all of them came with issues.... first had scratches, third had some dust or cloudiness under the clearcoat in certain spots, and third came with a chip in the corner...
The carbon spoiler? All good here. No scuffs or any imperfections, it was/is actually perfect. Sorry to hear you had some issues :(

Looking forward to your journey on the Supra, I’m on a 93 BM3 tune and xHP Stage 2 and get 34.7mpg on a daily driven, all highway cruising miles with a near 500hp car is nuts! Have fun out there!

Does the ECO and SPORT mode work if you lower the car?
@@Tonkadeisel-l7t mine works great. No issues. Although I have heard of issues with lowering on certain springs / coilovers. I think the sensors get out of whack with certain setups.
I hate spot car because it got me in trouble but I think I’m going for MK5 again lol

I really want to get a supra, but I have not gotten my first car yet so I plan on getting a civic or an accord as a daily so I can get a s2000 and then get a supra as the next step up

I’m thinking about buying a used Supra recently, but I’ve heard a lot of Supra’s bump steering problem, but most of the posts are 2,3 years ago, so I wonder is that still a thing for newer models or the problem remains unsolved?
I’ve definitely read on forums of 2023+ supras having the same bump steer complaint. I have also read that an alignment makes it 98% better, and you can fix the remaining 2% with good suspension. Although with a short wheelbase + power it’s bound to be a little prone to bump steer.
@ yeah, I understand bump steering can’t be 100% avoid, all I need is a way to make it steady enough to drive when I’m speeding on the freeway, modifications are certainly needed for stock car, thanks for the reply

I have my 22' Supra for almost three years now and the most annoying things for me are the no trunk release button like you pointed out and the poor JBL audio sound for a 60k car. Wind buffeting was an easy fix so I am not crying about it anymore. Also I have noticed that when I am in the car sitting and pop the trunk from inside almost no one knows how to open the trunk. One has to scratch the fingers in the gap and then lift it up. Minor thing but annoying.
Agreed, I end up just turning music off half the time and listening to the car lol. Stay safe out there
I upgraded the JBL speakers to B&W thus activated the Bowers @ Wilkins DSP Display on the idrive.

I’m excited that you are thinking about getting one. They are a lot of fun. I am definitely satisfied with the auto, but I am also not a huge manual guy. Of course I can drive one and appreciate it, but just not for me. I have heard great things and very few bad things about the manual Supra. Definitely worth driving both to see which feels better to you and your scenario!

Heya :D really cool video, i was wondering why the subscriber count was so low because your quality of the video is really great o: I am planning to buy a supra since beginning of last december...i have looked at around 4 if i can remember...3 of then manualls, that's a must have for me...on tuesday i'm planning to call another dealer for an appointment, this time with real intentions for buying, xD It is only depending on the colour right now, as i have looked at 2 blacl ones, and 2 "cu later gray" ones....but i think i will get the matte white one with brown interior, as it is a special edition....i can't wait to call, they are still in vacation xD

I know it's a bit of a difference, but been looking at the m3 competition vs supra. Not necessarily price, but just overall what's best. Thanks for this video! For me, it's either buy the supra and do a 500-600hp daily driver build or get the m3c and just do a lil tune, downpipe, charge pipe and push a little extra power (and much later down the road, do a 800-900hp build).

Love mine! Got Renaissance Red in 2020 and just hit around 61K miles (got it with only 2K miles on it), So much fun to drive, comfy and always a head turner. This year my goal is to chill on buying sneakers and putting more money to my car. I got some ideas but truth be told, it’s a great car stock. Side note, only haters i ever notice are only online or people who don’t even own a sports car and are bitter their wives made them buy a SUV or van 😂
I am at 31k miles. Have you had any reliability issues in your 61k miles? Couldn’t agree more, she is a great car straight out of the factory. Which means any mods just make it that much better. The haters are out there lol. But I’ve come to realize nobody really cares 😂. My favorite is the it’s a bmw haters. Like yeah, that’s why I bought it? Lol. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@ Nope, not at all. I daily drive it (a bit less in the winter) but each visit with Toyota I’m pleasantly surprised they don’t come with doomsday news. I just keep up with my oil change appointments and she runs great. Only problems I’ve had are random occurrences because of my bad luck lol. Rocks hitting my windshield and flat tires.

amazing content, been watching a lot of your videos recently. What do you use for your videos in terms of editing and mic + pov cam setup? Quality content nonetheless.
Thanks! For this video I used the DJI Action 5 Pro and a head strap flipped upside down. For the mic, it’s actually the internal mic in the camera, I forgot to charge my DJI Mic 2. In my other videos I am using the pocket 3 from DJI as well, paired with their Mic 2. Editing so far has been on CapCut, but looking to learn DaVinci resolve or Final Cut Pro, so I can step up the editing a bit. I appreciate you watching and commenting!

It all depends on your financial goals. I know people who drive expensive cars that don’t have a crazy large income, and I know people with a crazy large income who drive regular cars. There are many different ways to go about achieving your goal, if you have a plan and act on it 👊🏼
A lot of people said the visibility is pretty bad I was just curious how you feel.
That’s what I was worried about when buying mine. But after living with it, no complaints. You get used to the blind spots and the mirrors are helpful. Windshield visibility is no problem for me. That could be different if you are tall, I am around 5’9-10. I do have a buddy with one and he is 6’3 with no complaints either.
@ I figured it wasn’t as bad as some people are saying. That thing is sick I love the red. I’m really interested in the GR86. I wanna support Toyota because they’re making true enthusiast cars right now. Also they support manual lovers like myself and they’re not jumping on the EV bandwagon like a lot of other manufacturers.

You are mostly correct! Downpipe, and muffler/resonator delete on the stock exhaust.

There is a way to get the oil temp and other displays. There's a "Secret" menu that you have to go into each time you turn on the car that shows some of the things like oil temp, water temp, etc. Press and hold the gauge cluster reset button for probably 15-20 seconds. Then you put in the sum of the last 6 digits of your vin number.
@@PaintflowException thanks for mentioning that trick, and explaining it for others. I have tried it, but it always reset after turning car off, and I got tired of setting it up lol. Any trick to keep it on? Either was, def a first world problem lol.
