LOUD BMW 340i | STRAIGHT PIPE + MST INTAKE (sound clips)
Here’s a few sound clips with the newly installed MST intake on the 340i! The car has no resonators and no muffler , but still has the stock cats. Had to reupload in 4k, the other video uploaded in 1080p for some reason.

I wanted the car to be a bit louder, so I deleted the muffler as well. Bmw 340i - resonators delete + "golf tee mod" (update)

Here's an update a few months later on the 340i and the resonator delete. The only changes to the exhaust is that the exhaust flap is always open now. Other than that, it's just a dual resonator delete. Stock muffler, stock down pipes. I actually did not like the sound of the straight pipe B58 after my downpipe at all with MPPSK, so I cut and added the stock mid-pipe back, much better.

I have the same diffusor, what size exhaust tips do you have? Do they touch the diffusor while driving?
I have 4 inch tips, and they fit just fine, no rubbing against the diffuser.

Do you have any rasp? I’m currently straight pipe with a Catless downpipe and have a rasp from 2500 to 3000 rpm. Any recommendations to fix the rasp
Honestly, throw one of your resonators back on. It’ll target the rasp directly. I don’t have rasp but I do have a lot of drone.

Now man just needs that downpipe! Switching back to German with a 340. Q was fun however, I enjoy the German side a lot more. Miss my 550i lol

It only pops aggressively in sport and sport +, In comfort and eco pro there aren’t any pops.

I actually have no clue, the shop that installed them just put them on. I’ll see if maybe I can find the name, but it’s been a year since I installed them.

How did you deleted the Valve ? Bimmelink Only opens until you stop the car then close again
There’s a trick where you put the car in sport mode, wait 5 minutes and the exhaust valve will open. As soon as you hear it open turn the car off, this will keep the exhaust flap open. From there you just go to your exhaust and disconnect the wire clip connected to your exhaust , wrap it up in plastic so nothing damages it , Tuck it away and that’s it. It’ll stay open from there.

Used a decal and then clear wrapped over it
