do you think using DigiTech Whammy for changing tuning is a good idea generally for recording and playing? I want to play Drop G Drop F Drop E in a week sometimes and changing tuning all the time fucks up my guitars setup and I’m thinking of buying a whammy.

I missed the notification to this track completely, just discoved the thumbnail from the Thornhill video just now. Well I expected this one to be honest, after seeing the funny video last week, this was not the biggest surprise in the world, but still a great happy go lucky action packed track just what Electric Callboy has been known to do in years. It´s like 3 killer riffs so the playability was 10/10 spot on once again. Always great to be first with the new covers, and 8863 views in a week is really good. Make sure to like and subscribe and as always hit the notification bell, so you never miss out (like I just did, which is weird) Oh well, perhaps YT forgot, or I was busy when it was uploaded last week....Spread the word to other guitarists that wanna learn some Metal tracks going forward 🔥

Now this is also what I love about this channel, learning about cool bands I didnt know beforehand. I heard you mentioned Thornhill earlier, perhaps on the car trip to Copenhell last summer, this song really has amazing deep powerfull sound to it, and a really good vocalist as well,. this was really a cool track, and I think many more will come out in the coming years, cause they sound very ambitious. Technically it was´nt the most tricky one You have played, but still you mastered it to perfection 10/10 from here, also the mix from the Ibanez blended in, like it ws always there. Thanks on the 0000 on thick C string there is an accent on the last note. You got it right, there is also a lesson by the original guitarist of the group on yt. So many riffs here🎉

As far as I understand for their tuning, they're always in Drop C and use a drop pedal to reach the lower ones, but they're usually in C

Fire dude! Agree with the tuning thing. It sounds better in Drop C and that is usually what they tune to for most of the 6 string stuff these days.

❤‍🔥 TRIPLE METAL TREAT Part 2. Is even better than the first one, cause this contains SuperCrush!!! Which was the first Devin track I really fell in love with 15 years ago. And then the mighty Hyperdrive in the cool version with Anneke Van Giersbergen amazing singer I saw with her own band The Gathering at Roskilde in 1996. Finishing off with another party track Resolve, this just made my weekend, so perfect timing, now this is my new favorite go-to cover video :-) The sound, the mix, the way they were all executed was another 11/11 x 3 It couldnt have been done better, it was just like seeing Devin playing them, so hats off to these 3 killers.
