Wouls I need a chippy for a loft conversion to do the woodwork and make it water tight or a builder. I live in devon as a plumber.

My personal opinion is they I would have likes a dormer

Would you ever consider travelling (North Yorkshire) to do a loft conversion if accommodation and everything else is provided? It's really difficult seeing the quality of work and the pride you and your guys take on every job and not having access to your service. I know it's a long shot of a question.

what size was this roughly? before the conversion?

Ive got a new-ish town house with the master bedroom in the attic, the windows are tiny velux, would love to move the knee wall back and fit one of these. Is this possible?

Hi, great video. I note the velux cabrio are listed as 35 to 53 degree pitch. My roof is 33.5, could I get one in and what would be the headaches?

I have never experienced either a dormer of any sort, but I have a preference for pitched dormer over a flat roof. My house is 6m wide. Could I have several pitched dormer windows instead of a flat version?

Love to see a conversion where stairs have gone through a bedroom rather than over existing staircase. Have you done this beifre?

Great video! If you were building a dormer to be flush with the gable, so that you could put in French doors or a tall window, would one of the cheeks have to be block/brick?

How would you charge for another floor to be made, and the roof uplifted instead of the loft being converted as is? So a full third floor made on top of the second floor?

2.3m head height from which point though? I have 2350mm from top of ceiling board to the bottom of the ridge felt. Is that enough?? Won't the top of the doors be touching the top of the new ceiling? No room for coving etc?
