AutoQuis reads text, mzml and mz5 files (amongst others) - but mz5 is the interchage format we recommend. They contain the same information as mzml but are faster to load and take up less disk space. In this video I demsontrate how to create mz5 files using the Proteowizard MZConvert tool (proteowizard.sourceforge.io/).

In this video I walk through the basics of importing files into AutoVectis workflows using the AutoQuis tool. AutoQuis can read txt, csv, mzml and mz5 data. We recommend using mz5 data as it is smaller and faster than using mzml formats.

Autologis is AutoVectis' tool for assigning peaks in complex, high resolution mass spectra - like DOM or direct infusion metabolomics.
