I requested it because of its director, Sam Peckinpah. Apparently, this is the only movie he ever directed not to get screwed over by the studios or resorts. It came exactly the way he wanted and boy, oh boy, it shows. This one is very bleak but also very sad especially with the two leads story. I recommend doing other Peckinpah's movies. What do you think?

Hey you made what i assume is another video for now. Anyway, i felt the film's biggest problem is that the director Ang Lee [fresh off of crouching tiger, hidden dragon (2000)] wanted to make the movie feel like a comic book come to life a bit too literally and maybe a bit too slow for its own good. Not that being slow is bad (hell, some of my favourite films are very slow) but this didn't work. What did you think though?
