HTM Sequencing Bioinformatics Workshop
This session was designed to provide graduate students and trainees with a solid foundation in microbiome research, focusing on key concepts from library preparation to data analysis. In the workshop, participants were guided through keys steps in microbiome analysis, specifically for PacBio full-length 16S rRNA sequencing. I cover the advantages of this method and how it fits into modern microbiome studies. The session also includes a hands-on coding exercise to help get you started with data analysis.
