I’ve seen better greens in the backyard of house in the projects that own a family of pit bulls.

I don’t know if you need this or not, but if you’re using a lower loft club such as a driver or mini driver, to have your left foot a bit closer to the ball like have the ball in line with your left shoulder or left foot, and you should get more height on the ball because the club will make a more direct contact to the ball, generating more loft.
