I try to give my players rewards that either I know will be useful in the future, or stuff that works well with their class. Some stuff is good for everyone like rings of protection and wands of mage armor, other stuff is more specific pearls of power for casters and belts of giant strength for martials. What’s your party’s class composition?

@@og_merpay9174 A druid, an artificer,a rogue & and a warlock . It seems that a session like this should generate a decent amount of gold but can't tell how much 😕. The book does not indicate in that area

@@Mouhaamin It depends on how prevalent magic items are in your world. I would probably try to give everyone one magic item under like 2-3,000gp (lessor/minor items), and maybe another hundred gold. I personally like to give gems, statuettes, art, and jewelry too which need to be appraised and sold in town. It buys you a little wiggle room to give them a little more or less depending on their appraisal roll.

@@Mouhaamin special ammo for the artificer, an extradimensional hidden pouch or boots which dampen walking sounds and have a secret compartment for the rouge, a pearl for the warlock, and maybe wand of stoneskin for the druid?

I think I got it down to a 2 uncommon magical items that can't be used in combat due to their nature + a blueprint for the artificer to figure out (in a month of crafting resulting in an common crossbow i like to grant him). ill grant them 80gp-100gp each in gems & syllable relics. I think that is fair I forgot to say thank you thank you thank you for streaming this oneshot. It helped me understand the one shot and make sense of it from the book which I couldn't find anywhere else. Also big big thanks on the responses man and the advice <3 . You gained a new subscriber & a grateful novice DM <3 <3 <3

Full disclosure, I think I goofed the location of the two statues. They originally appeared earlier in the tomb. Also, don't be afraid to tweak the teleport puzzle at the end if your players are having a tough time with it, I think I may have. Good luck, have fun, and feel free to reach out with any questions!
