Tips that worked for me. I have changed a big 64 char password into a simpler and smaller one, using the ICSee app, with no special characters, restarted the camera and finally could access it from the PC. User blocked normally disappears after some minutes without retrying it. Also, use CloudID login instead of IP, you can get the CloudID in the ICsee app. Hope this can help someone in the future

ese metodo no lo recomiendo con el tiempo se desconfiguran. Lo mejor es configurarla con la app icsee, despues con el software de pc VMS fijarle la ip, y posteriormente agregarla con el NVR, aparece de forma automatica con su numero de IP, solo te pide el password que previamente le pusisite con la app de ICSEE

J ai acheté la caméra j ai installé mais j ai un gros souci avec le pilotage a travers le téléphone. Lorsqu on appuie sur la touche de direction la caméra réagi environ une minute après et l image . L image vient en cascade . Merci de m aider a trouver la solution

actually it's trying to ask anyone of us in the comments to explain how to set camera to go back in original position after tracking something. the answer is go put camera in position that you want and and open tracking motion menu after that SET AS Daemon Point

I bought 6 cameras exactly like these. Video quality is not 8 mp. Faces are blurry even without any zoom. The zoom is terrible so I am not using it. It's not even close like in the video.
