Consequence of no Probate edmond oklahoma probate lawyer What are the consequences of not probating Mom's estate. Many families are tempted to do nothing and continue to live in Mom's house for years. Then they are surprised to learn that a probate still must be completed to sell her real estate. This mindset is so superficial & lacks discernment. Under the color of law, narcissistic parents, lawyers & judges claim acts of evilness are legally righteous. It completely undermines the oath they took & swore to serve. I have a narcissistic mother who manipulated a way to end up with my grandparents estate. She was purposely not included in the will. My grandfather was very adamant about that. Yet she conned my dying grandmother and ended up with it all. I invested my time & sweat into that farm. Every fence post on that peoperty are there, DUE to my grandfather & I. My mother was nowhere to be found at the time. Same thing goes for alot of other things concerning the estate. My mother use to check me out of school early. I wasn't given a choice. I was made to work for her self-employed buinesses. I continued doing that long into adulthood. Everytime her & I had a fallout, she'd go out of business. Just saying, what I invested obviously played a profound part in its success. This happened several times throughout the years. Today, she is very adamant about me being cut out the will. My brother, her golden child is set to inherit it all. So, I'm not sorry for feeling how I feel. Are you right? Legally is it her estate? Yes it is, because in thy name, thy will be done. but by God given RIGHT, her life is not her own. You're claiming that I'm selfish for feeling entitled. Please explain why its so selfish of me to believe I should be able to inherit my reward for MY PART in the estate. Nah, NO WAY, NO HOW. As a matter of fact I do believe a large majority would agree shes the selfish one. Louisiana is the only state, that I'm aware of, that does God's will. It's my God given right to claim I am my mother's heir. There was no expectation of me when I inherited her genes so why would you believe it works differently when it comes to any other inheritance. God called me to be my mothers heir. Who are you to tell me differently. Mans law was made ti serve justice to the people. Yet the people jußt sit back and let it serve injustices like this. Luke 11:52 “Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered
She won't tell me anything of this and she is stealing
Oh my god I need your help I have feelings of this and I know I was right
If my father gets sick and has to go to a Nursing Home and doesn’t have enough cash or assets to pay for his Nursing Home bills, can the Nursing home come after the Trust assets?
This guy is a nut. Keeps smiling and laughing about a very sad situation. Can you say narcissist.
Educate yourself about Wills, Deeds, and Trusts.
Just like a deed, rock solid.
Proper Estate planning is very important. This can happen with more than just bank accounts.
It is unbelievable to realize the fact that 60% of Americans claim that they do not have even $1000 in emergency cash, should they suddenly need it. They say even for that amount they would need to borrow the funds. Younger people make fun of me because I am, technically a baby boomer, but I am so glad that I was raised by parents who had lived through the depression. They instilled in me, the idea to never buy anything that I could not afford to pay cash for, and only to use credit cards in a true emergency. Also, to live below my means. That has allowed me to retire at age 55 with no debt and with several million in investments.
I guess you didn’t have a relative that lived through the Great Depression…
Neither my parents nor grandparents will he leaving me an inheritance. I am extremely hsrd working but poor. I will die alone and poor despite my effort.
What if you put the vehicle in a personal property trust?
I’m trying to find it my father us to have it on his CD in the bank I’m trying to find the it they are hiding it from me.
❤❤❤❤❤
so your corrupt plan is to block the kids from their inheritance so the house goes to the step kids
IMF code to earn 👍

How about eight years?
My absent dad who only saw me three times tried to steal my inheritance by tricking me into sending him my will money cheque. Luckily I wasn’t that dumb.

I like your video presentation. It is informative too, at the same time. Thanks a lot for your guidance!
Well myyyyyy mommy and daddy put it in a trust and named me as the beneficiary with a relative as trustee for 0% overhead👆🤓
Just another way for the gov to fuck over the little guy.
Gerontologist here - to the people out there counting on the huge inheritance they'll get when their parents pass away, never forget that just a few years end-of-life care will completely wipe it out; do not think of it as a retirement plan
Go on a diet.
My sister has been doing this for years
Biden is a scumbag.
All depends on the caliber of the person that is in charge of the money. If they are decent, they will give the siblings their share.
My mom told me she excluded my from her Will because i was so successful. I live in a tent going day by day... I do work but with cost of living vs what i make... :(
Cool story
Is there some more background? I know you probably don’t want to get too personal but you are posting this online so that begs the question of what your lives were/are like, what the situation was/is, and much more. I worked at a bank for many years, with some families where there are many kids usually the child that takes care of the parents before they pass are assigned beneficiary. Even happened in my family when we took care of both my grandparents. Everyone had an opportunity to help for +10 years and didn’t but still expected money. We are entitled to nothing, everything is gained not given. I hope you were there for them like we were and this is just an unlucky situation
Unfortunately, we are seeing this more in the last couple of years.
When i told my sister I knew she had comitted probate fraud she called 911 and told them I was a suicidal drug addict with guns and going to take everyone out. Her husband is a cop and 10 cops showed up to kick down my door bc she knew what to say. This psychopath basically got away with it with the help of a cop husband. I got some money but nowhere near what she took..
I wish that you would do a video on common law spouses when their spouse dies what is the common law spouses rights and what does common law surviving spouse what they should do immediately upon the other spouses death especially when there is a vindictive cruel sibling of the common law spouse that died And what should the common law surviving spouse what is the responsibility and what technically choirs has a common law relationship And what if the spouse that died everything was in that spouse's name other than one bill what is the chances of the surviving common law spouse what do they need to do to prove that they were common law
This was very helpful. We are in California, do you have to file your trust itself in California at the same time? I'm seeing that here and there that California requires that for real estate in a trust. Not sure about if we have do more here.
In case you are watching this from BC, giving the house away to favoured child violates the Law of Equity that presumes one would not deliberately give property away for free. The Presumption of Resulting Trusts means the favourite child holding the house keys is presumed to be holding the asset in trust. So the favourite kid with the house keys has the onus to prove the transfer was a gift. If the transfer was to a spouse or a minor child then you’re sol. If it was to an adult child, you’re in the game, get a lawyer. (On a contingency if necessary)
Really a great information you have shared. I have shared your video to my friends
