Wow! I was just thinking I needed a consistent drip of foundational and practical insights, motivations, and actions to grow in the critical area of leadership. I heard John Maxwell, a New York Times best seller on the topic of leadership, made a bold statement about how everything rises and falls on leadership, and from my perspective that is definitely true. As such, I want to spend regular time and energy on the subject, and that is my hope for this journey I am embarking on by subscribing to this podcast and turning on the notification bell. I don't want to miss a video, because as the great Zig Ziglar said, repetition is the mother of learning. I am grateful that this video is in bite-sized format so that my shorter than desired attention span could accommodate this regular drip of information. Now what I hope the next few drops help me understand, is what this H3 brand is all about. Where did the idea for this podcast come from and how does it synergize with my deep desire and passion to continue to build my network in Illionois. And why do I want to build my network in Illinois anyway? I live in Florida. Well, every day is training day, and I am able to count to 5 so I'm off to a good start. How serendipitous it is that there are 3 core characteristics of this H3 Leader podcast! It would be comical if that was taught in episode 3, so I'm glad it will be in episode 4.
