Ok music wise, @synthHackerTV does a great video about it, (link at hte bottom of the reply.) but tldr, it makes the music more hypnotising. :D Mind wise, theres alot of talk in the field of psychomusicology about how certain patterns, tones, note and even bps's can have effects on our mind, I've found this track personally to shift me in and out of focus, and you can bet I am going to be making some tracks that promote focus and some that promote daydreaming, (in mind at the very least!) ua-cam.com/video/JNQwpzfUGPA/v-deo.htmlsi=78YnjK5SeRgbPSlo
