Life is full of challenges. During those times we often feel like our prayers arn't getting through roof... and even worse, that God has abandoned us.
This track reminds us that although our feelings may depict the opposite, we know that God is still there. We also know that it's during those times that God is actually moving pieces together behind the scenes for our good.
The tough times that we experience actually mold our characters in humbling ways that somehow produce Christlike characteristics... or in other words, they cause our Light to Shine.
As it says in the Word of God:
"You are the Light of the world. A town built on a Hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people Light a Lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives Light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your Light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven."
