Nah the water was perfect there. It was due to some bad dumplings I ate. I could even feel it as I ate them that they were not good dumplings 😅

The water in Georgia was honestly the best water i have ever had naturally when hiking outside Norway. There were natural springs all over the country. Later, when I got to Azerbaijan, this changed and I had to change my strategy

I definitely didn't need it, so yeah very happy about that. I finished not very tired, so I could have pushed even harder. But it was a great challenge and I had a wonderful time. How did you do? Happy with your run?

Yep - very happy. 5h20m. I definitely speeded up towards the end, when the trails got easier. I shot a little video too and got you in the first couple of clips 🙂

Oh and it was. The whole area there in Georgia is unreal! That river bed is was in, so beautiful. And then to get on top of those mountains. Wow! Georgia really is a beautiful country

That meditation session is the best I have ever had, it felt incredible! And thanks, I know. Georgia is such a beautiful country, I can really recommend it if you ever want to experience something like I did, or just to go hiking. I can tell you where these areas are
