UPDATE: I did have to pay a finders fee but this was less than half of what I would have paid If I contracted a rental management company to find a tenant. All in all, still a great deal!

I made the mistake years ago into the crypto without actually doing some research on how it works! I am happy I have touched my Unit Trust as well as my Endowment Fund! I am still learning so much about investment and stuff and I am reading some books and watching great vlogs like yours as well :)

Hi Dawn. I love your videos. I feel like I’m starting my own list of property mistakes. I have a question: I viewed a property once and sent the OTP. Later on I realise in the building condition report that there is a leak on the roof. I indicated that the seller needs to fix this or I would adjust the offer price with the amount. Have you ever been in this situation? Any tips? Not ideal for a first time purchaser.
