DEI is poisonous and nasty. *_Sounds_* good superficially and to the hard of thinking. But it is wrapped in so much hatred, privileging, divisiveness, guilting etc..... Used to be pro-DEI when it first appeared but learned to hate it pretty quickly once I started to get glimpses of what is under the hood.

So many of the people pushing DEI will drop it like so fast when the perverse incentives stop.

When will people learn to stop pushing legalised discrimination, aka DEI. Judge and reward people based on their merits, not their immutable characteristics.

Very informative. We are British ex pats living in St Lucia. Last October we agreed a sale on our property, the buyer commenced all necessary steps including payment of a 10% deposit which is held in escrow. Five months on, the buyer decides he no longer wants to proceed, because of the time the Govt is taking to issue his Alien Land Licence, despite it being reiterated to him he will forfeit that deposit. Our understanding is that the full amount is paid to us, however, our solicitor tells us that 25% goes to the Real Estate Agent. This makes no sense to us as he has not sold the property? Are we being shafted?

The logic of "We remain committed to seeking out an equal mix of male and female partners to allow us to identify the best legal talent regardless of gender" tickles the brain. If "regardless of gender" meant anything at all, it would entail identifying talent without regard to gender, full stop - and accepting, if it were to result, even a thoroughly lopsided gender ratio in either direction. Even bright children could see the logical necessity of that. Yet their adult superiors insist on absolute illogic. Laughable and sad simultaneously. I feel for the clearly distressed woman forced to utter such claptrap.

I loved the video yet I am still sad that 1% is ok but 2% isn’t. I grow outdoor and average from 12% to 22% every time. Some guys indoor make 30-40% happen. Or do you mean plant weight to harvest dry nugs? It sounds like they still don’t have it totally legal yet but I don’t don’t know much.
