Hello mate I bought this guitar aswell ,I like metal but I love to play different genres too like Nirvana , three days grace ,papa roach etc, Do you think I can only get good metal tones,sound? I cant play other genres with enough tones? I just need an advice thanks.
you can get some crispy clean tones as well with the tone switch at 2nd and 4th position

whats the basic amp setting for this guitar stock pickups? i am trying to play it in DROP G and it sounds muddy, it has 10-54 gauge set. its physically tuned to DROP A and detuning it using TH-U pitch shifter. Can you help with how to set up the amp tone without sounding muddier, the thickest string almost sound like a bass, if there is something i need to tweak in the EQ or some thing in the amp please let me know :/
i think the main cause of muddiness comes from detuning cause the pitch shifter tends to make my sound muddy as well. i use coil-tap with this guitar to remove the muddiness from detuning most of the time. i use the metalcore air patch from the modern metal pack with a bit of adjustment by TH-U. sorry for replying late tho

@@ghostxmetal it's the tone knob that u pull to change wiring of the pickup. or coil split if you're familiar with that
