This question will help, and here it goes.Does dry air affect RLS symptoms at the HS hour? My answer is yes and obviously a strong yes if you have no pre-existing conditions. I just made a personal breakthrough in that the new age house temperature or thermo system or unit is breakthrough in that it has added inclusions of an extra option included in the control panel setting to adjust the indoor humidity level too. Older versions are auto, so there is no freedom to have a hands on experience but within required specification. My RLS setting comfort 💖 zone was 55 percent on the control panel at naptime, but I wake up and returned it back or lower back again to below 45 percent during the day time threshold. The new class thermo unitc does not use water per se and use a different configuration away from the water indepent stand alone humidifiers from online or shops etc mold or which may cause complications to individuals with pre- existing conditions like legionares disease or chest conditions. The house unit is safe with different configuration works, especially during the frigid cold, and the indoor air is dry in the summer nights. RLS has been an issue with me, but this thermo setting worked. No RLS and so far youtube channels don't get it lately on any thread and it goes to show that doctors have nothing to give as of this century so please investigate because my comments are lost in the thread at the youtube platform. People need to know since they deserve the news.

Researchers please note this comment: Has anyone researched out the effect of certain sulfur containing foods which may bring on a sciatica attack? Perhaps this can be brought on by excess protein consumption in a process similar to the build up of uric acid salts that cause gout? I have had two severe attacks after eating a lot of meat, amino supplements that contain sulfur, and also garlic. Garlic has six compounds in it that have sulfur as part of the molecule. Meat has a lot of methionine and cystine which have sulfur as part of the molecule. Fasting from these foods caused remission of the sciatica after about two weeks. Excess molecular sulfur consumption seems to be the common denominator and cause of these attacks.

Keto is easy. Give up sugar and starchy foods. ( this is the hardest part because of carb addiction) Eat animal protein to fill 1/3 to 1/2 your plate, fill the other 1/2 of your plate with low starch/low sugar vegetables. Use butter , olive oil, or bacon fat to cook. Salt to taste. You know you’re in ketosis when you can smell your breath change.

As a long term spinal patient, I avoid doctors as much as possible. While I will be forced into a couple more major spinal operations, if I live another 7-10 years. I've been assaulted twice in the hospital, and have had pain management doctors send goons in, my exam room, just to yell at me, 3 inches from my face. Every long term spinal patient, I know, is having a similar experience. I try to help, new spinal patients in my church, to understand. In Austin Texas today, if you're a chronic pain, and spinal patient, you will be, consistently abused, for the sin of having pain. You will be humiliated, and even assaulted. If you complain about any doctor, they will all black list you, and you'll be going out of state, for any pain management. The medical system, has completely failed me. I even stopped getting my cancer treatments. My house keeper used to call 911 for me when I had serious problems. I've told her, to never, ever, call another ambulance for me. No matter what. Our medical system, only works for you, if your well. Once you become chronic, it abuses you, until you stop wasting their valuable resources. I would move, overseas, but, I've lost 90% of the feeling in my legs, and don't have the energy to leave. Oh how I wished I'd moved to Costa Rica, or Mexico, when I had the energy, and mobility. If you know your going to be chronic spinal patient, move off shore, to a medical system, that charges actual cash. You will regret, buying into American health car, if you're chronic. If I do have a stroke, I'd rather sit in my own urine, and pain, than subject myself, to another round of abusive humiliation. I'm daily already in tears...how much more could a stroke hurt? I have three things that work for me. I'm a believer in Jesus, and I'm fairly wealthy. The more money you have, the more you can excuse some of the abuses. I have people around me that care, who've witnessed me being assaulted by staff in the hospital. The spinal patients who are really screwed, are those who only have Social Security, and use Medicare. What ever you do, don't let them talk you into getting an implanted spinal nerve stimulator. It will put you in a wheelchair, and leave you incontinent. They'll insist you get one, as it pays your pain doctor around $20,000. I've stood up for myself, to the point where I was almost black listed, several times. If your a chronic spinal patient, you will immediately recognize, this is how you are being treated. You are over a barrel, and the rules of proper health care, will go down the drain. I don't yet know how I would be treated, if I have a stroke, but assume, it'll be more of the same...so no thanks.

God yes re the ketones!! I totally forgot about those early symptoms, having been eating keto so long now; how the keto breath other weird symptoms, extra thirst and dry mouth, having to pee so often early on were not very pleasant but they eventually subsided..today I don’t have any of those symptoms and I don’t utilize a ketone measurement system and have done just naturally what you outlined. Over time and with learning I adjusted so I just keep my carbs low and eat moderate protein and higher fat and I have a daily eating window except if there are family celebrations or etc. I’ve now been doing this since 2018 except for one short period after an injury but went back after noting negative health changes that were a thing of the past in my keto journey were returning as I abandoned (very temporarily) following keto. My family has a history of type 1 diabetes so that was my original impetus for doing keto ... hoping to avoid that but the benefits have been so much greater than just avoiding that family history thus far . Thanks for this. It was a real challenge at first when I began keto because of all of the complicated macro counting etc I thought I had to do … now I don’t do that. For example I tried the apple cider vinegar thing but I had some severe digestive issues that I found out were not unheard of for some peeps because of the way apple cider vinegar works to slow down digestion in the gut.. my body just didn’t tolerate it, and so now I eat some fermented veggies or some balsamic on my food a couple of times a week and that takes care of still having benefits…

I have done enough research on photobiomodulation to know that this video is not very helpful. It’s not clear how the specialized (and, I’m sure, very expensive) devices used in this video are different from the panels and other devices one can buy, for one thing. My sense was that there was just enough information to tell you that it might be “good for you,” without telling you enough so that you could buy your own device and use it effectively without an expert to help you. I would suggest to viewers who are interested to go down the rabbit hole and research it. There is lots of scientific research to support the use of red and near infrared light panels, and the task is to figure out (a) whether a device is a good quality device (which is half the battle), (b) what kind of light you need to use to match your goals, and (c) how to get the right pattern of timing and dosage. You won’t find that info here, in my opinion.
