It is the need to have rewards. Getting paid for a days of work and earning higher rank in the business. People just want those rewards and in truth those rewards feel good after a long work week. A day or two off, vacation, payment, earned pay raise, over time, vacation pay.....etc you never will get these in a socialist country.
