@@k.m.mackinnon I wonder what actually wakes you up? Thoughts, anxiety, sounds, dreams, worries, snoring, someone else, some action, ………? Or do you even fall asleep? Tried naps? How did you sleep as a baby and young child? Often those patterns can get looped in adulthood. Also in Chinese medicine they have the Meridian cycles, in 2 hour blocks of time. From 1am to 3am is a 2-organ cycle…..I forget which one…..3-5am is Lung-Large Intestine, starting the whole thing. I’ll have to look it up and get back, and you may want to look at which organs and see how that may correlate……if it’s something you wish to shift into full night restful regenerative sleeping? I was always one who literally could be killed by lack of sleep🤪it’s like my Soul leaves for awhile to hopefully recharge and I get real rest before coming back for another day. Although there are those nights where I travel to uncomfortable places and wake tired or not fully “back here.” Where does your music artistry come from inside you?

@@k.m.mackinnon also you may want to eat earlier…..and stagnant Liver chi can show sign of anger, rage, really just covering deep hurt and sadness…. Your music seems to me to express a lot of emotions…. Yet speaking, actually using your vocal chakra and cords is oowerful and can heal naturally. Our voices matter. Do you remember the old game show, “Name That Tune?” Well even though I’ve only dabbled in guitar, don’t fully read sheet music (got a little in 10 years of choir), usually as a kid I could name most songs in few notes.
