I was authenticly me and lost a job. I did nothing wrong it was just that i did not tolerate them treating me bad that was a problem for them. They needed no reason based in logic to cut me. Just the higher place in their social hierarchy.

Everybody can question you anytime they want. I think there is no place where i can't be questioned. It doesn't mean i woud change my opinion but even if i try to explain things with logic to people they don't get me. It's like they are intentionally against me to show me my place in their social hierarchy that i'm offending by just existing

I was very confident years ago, i think once i got a phone i started too slowly drift away from everyone, i now have only 1 friend when before i had literally talked too everyone in my school. People used to ask and wonder why everyone liked me and it was because i put everyone before me because of fear. I am now figuring it out

The levels to which I vibe with this are off the charts. As a bedroom producer myself for the last few years I’ve always had issues with imposter syndrome feeling like my stuff isn’t good enough. I suppose as a byproduct of competition, you’re comparing yourself to others and comparison really is the thief of joy. I’ve come now to realise that and find joy in the process, so long as I enjoy what I make, I’m happy. Thank you for making these videos, I get a sense of real genuine advice being shared here which is hard to find these days.

As a young adult, this really resonates. Thank you so much for being willing to be open about this and providing valuable advice to people who find themselves in the same situation(me). The videos you create are great and makes me feel less alone in my journey of life. Also, maybe not the most important thing, but your voice is incredibly calming and soothing, it's great. Rock bottom, you think its incredible, even i did, but mine continued and continued then a change occurred. if you care to even actually talk about this stuff it just means you got out in time before the change occurred.

People want to give up because they've lost their "why." This is the underlying issue that needs to be addressed.

In the end you say “you haven’t failed”. That made me chuckle. I have failed at some things. Have been failing. Failure is as normal as it gets. I know some people struggle with failure, but I learned to love failure (be it accidental or on purpose) to cultivate the knowledge of what success is for me. This video comes at a synchronistic time for me. My “whys” have recently been uhh destroyed 😅. It’s been a wistful feeling. Bitttersweet. It’s freeing in a way, but I feel like my want, desire, love, isn’t anchored in something. Now I have to make/find my why. Thanks for prompting some self reflection. I know it happens to come from a video that can be considered a meme, I do remember a quote to it "Happiness will not come to you when called, happiness cannot be fetched... Happy happens" It seems profound, but it's true. This video seems to highlight this for sure, if you do things that make you happy then the happiness will happen to you!!
