Avoid fighting barbarians with 0-24 rogue or 124 rogue unless you got a bunch of throwing knives with poison to slowly kite them and melt them. As for the other classes, usually if you go around the map with the creep perk while crouching, no one will hear you. When you hear their footsteps, try to ambush them with a bunch of stabs to the head, if necessary try to kite them too. Use ambush perk, poison weapon, the one that allows you to move invisible and the one to lower footsteps. When building kits always try to stack strength and true physical damage.

Bro, don't play on 0-24 to stack gold and practice, do that in 124 matches. You can stack damage, specially with strength and true physical damage, I did that and now I'm totally swimming in gold with my rogue, all you have to do is go with a white rapier or short sword, and use all your gear score in stuff that give you true damage. A blue cape, two green rings, green gloves, all with +1 true physical and a rare frost amulet, and you already have +6 true physical damage, for the perks I use Poison, Ambush, that perk to move while invisible and Creep. Everyone thinks Creep doesn't perform well specially against skilled players, and let me tell you it works just fine even with skilled players, they can't hear you quite well and even when they know you're there they won't track you perfectly, making them swing their weapon everywhere, you just have to stand still and wait for an opportunity to land a hit or two, then retreat and repeat. Usually they panic after that strategy and you get an easy kill. That is in the worst scenario, cause they saw or heard you, if they didn't, which happens very very often, it's even easier. The best thing is that even if simeone kills you, goblin merchant will most likely retrieve your stuff since no one takes what you're using, or at least not every item you had equipped. Maybe they'll take your Frost Amulet, maybe a ring or your cape, but probably they won't take everything, making it very easy to buy your things back and try again. Trust me, this works, got like 20k gold on my Rogue alone, bought all chests in less than a week, even when I buy stuff very often to try better builds on highroller or when I lose my stuff. Tha fact that you're using a white weapon gives you a lot of freedom to chose good stuff on your cape, rings and necklace. Also, I prefer rapier above everything else, this is because it's very comfortable to use, it has a lot of reach without interfering with walls and ceilings too often. It's very easy to poke people even if they're attacking, you just hit them just close enough for you to land a hit and be able to retreat in time to dodge their swing, and it's even easier to do that in PvE. Also be careful with move speed, keep it as high as possible, even if it costs you a bit of health, protection or even strength. Ideally you have to keep strength and move speed very high, but if you have to decide, I would recommend move speed, true damage will compensate for your lack of strength. Long comment but I assure you it's useful. I'm not the most skilled players, specially cause I'm mainly a console player and still I'm able to get lots of kills, either ambushes or face to face.

Strength is not what u want for stat prio like the others are saying. If u were to build a 124 kit it stat prio would be true physical - actions speed - move speed - strength. But on how to beat people in 24 lobbies, u can only win by cheesing. Rouge is really strong with max true dmg and weak without it
