Just got mine for my 68 Cougar 390 FE. Plan on doing a stroker 445 kit with alum heads,intake and so on. Got the kit with the shroud and fans and everything is packed very well in seperate boxes. Pulled the fans and shroud out go to remove the box with the radiator in it and read the caution tag on the top Check hood clearancefore closing OK then I see MADE IN CHINA wait what I just walked away. Never would have bought this if I had known that and will check to see if I can return it to CJ Pony Parts without too much hassle.

Will this keep my coolant temps down if I’m running a Paxton blower? I’ve noticed my temps in the summer have rose since I installed my blower and headers and I want to have my engine running cooler.

what do you guys use for oil and trans oil cooling inside your radiators? a tube? steel plates? if steel plates, how many? trans temp is important for me. can't have less than oem cooling capability for trans in my hd.

Bought one of these for my 06 Silverado so happy I did, Installation was a breeze as long as you remember to tighten the fittings for the transmission cooler lines. Keeps my truck at a cool 190 freeway and between 190 to 210 city driving. I wouldn't ever buy an OEM when this is an option

I have a radiator just like this in my 1956 Bel Air with a Big Block Chevy and a manual transmission. I also have a FlowKooler water pump, 160-degree thermostat, and twin 11" Spall electric puller fans. All gaps have been sealed around the shroud, and it does pull air through the radiator. Timing is set to 12 degrees BTDC, so it should not be a timing issue. I have made sure all air has been removed from the system. Changing from a copper/brass 4 core to this aluminum radiator did nothing for my heat issue. I am in Las Vegas, and I am not talking about the middle of summer, I am talking fall/spring when ambient temps are nice. I routinely hit 215 degrees within 20 minutes of driving around town, and I will pull over at that point to let her cool down. I am not comfortable going over that with Aluminum heads, but maybe that's just me. My temp sender is in the intake manifold right next to the water neck and my gauge is a Dakota Digital system in my dash, so should be accurate. Not sure if my issue is the fact that it's a downflow radiator and not a cross-flow, or an airflow issue, or even evacuating air out of the engine compartment. I do know that I am tired of fighting this heat issue and I just want to drive my damn car. I am running near 50/50 antifreeze to water, so maybe I need to drop that t 70% water, 30 % antifreeze since it maybe gets down into the 20s in Vegas once in a while. Thoughts?

I left you guys a voicemail but I wanted to ask here,and my question was will yalls radiator for a 18-20 jeep jl fit a 2021 jeep gladiator rubicon ecodiesel cause I've done some research and I saw that that all jeep Jl's even with the inline 4 to the ecodiesel share the same radiator but I just want to verify with yall
