For reference, the loose rear nut that you show here (the nut that threads onto the rear motor axle) is factory tightened to 40Nm (Newton meters) or 29.5 ft-lbf (foot-pound force). My source for this info was Inokim's Vice President of Business Development who confirmed this value with the factory. 40Nm is also the factory torque setting for both motor axle nuts on the OXO. The factory supplied 19mm wrench that you are using here is adequate enough to tighten the axel nut on a few odd occasions however if accidentally over-torquing the nut and with repeated usage of the wrench, the wrench can open up and slip on the nut thereby rounding off the nut. A more professional solution is to purchase a 19mm Difficult Access Socket in either a 3/8 inch or 1/4 inch size together with a 3/8 inch or 1/4 inch torque wrench capable of torquing to 40Nm. I would also recommend you purchase a good quality suitable Threadlocker such as Loctite 243 (red bottle with blue banded label). You can apply threadlocker to the thread of the axel before tightening the nut and should leave the threadlocker to cure for 24 hours before riding. This will prevent the nut from loosening. The above measures will ensure you have less need to re-tighten the nut as well as knowing you have tightened the nut to factory specification. You can then ride safely with peace of mind 🙂.

Any ox model releases post 2020 killed this. Won't change on a 2020, 22 or 23 ox super past 45 or 28mph

I have put a inokim oxo throttle on my ox super, now my ox super reaches 61km/hr hahaha. I am worried it might damage the speed controller or motor though? Has anyone else done this?

Cheers from New Zealand, just hacked mine and top speed on the monitor now reads 51km. Now to buy some statorade and thermal paste to help cool down the motor and controller. Thank you 😊

It works on mine OX Hero 2019. I am driving it with 50-51kmh. What is the range you are getting and is it less with the speed unlocked?

I had it for 1 year and I stopped using it because the rear disc brake is terrible, the one that comes standard is the worst and when trying to change it for a better one, I never found someone who can leave it working like people , the other but is the vertical tube folding system, it comes loose at all times is a displeasure, the good thing is that it has a solid structure, excellent damping, powerful.
