Why do they wrap their plants into a cane shape, right now ,out in the fields ?

It hurts my heart when i see that delicate berries get dropped so many times during the process

that processing plant has about 4 steps in which they degrade the final product, which is okay for puree but not so good for frozen berries

I started working on a raspberry farm in Washington when i was about 10, my neighbor owned several hundred acres and it was fun for us to do every summer. I learned how to drive on that farm and its still one of my best childhood memories.

How come you don't have bird netting? that's sounds like a dumb question howerver in Europe, the birds will come and eat the berries!

I hope Japan promotes the production of raspberry more, and I think the one thing I can do is to be a member of it so I want to be a farmer in the future. These technologies are very wonderful and I would like to adopt them in Japan someday.
