Part the scalp and use a rake comb..you have beautiful flakes❤

Maybe after lifting the flakes use a brush like some scratchers do when they have long thick hair like yours and brush out the flakes off the hair. Music is distracting but I just mute it. But some ppl like the scratching sounds.

You have beautiful hair. Watch other successful scratchers. Brush your hair first, part it section by section. I know it’s probably hard to see but stopping midway into a scratch it gives me anxiety 😂 Do not use eye brow tweezers to remove dandruff, you can easily break the skin on your scalp and it can be prone to infections. You’re all over the place. You’ll get better and your videos will get better. I wish you could sit in @2MuchHair (s) salon chair.

I love your hair Its so beautiful! The flexi rod curls were bomb af I definitely feel like heat helps my hair. I like using a blow dryer to set my styles, deep condition and of course before straightening. I use to be able to keep it straight for 2-3 weeks but now I can only go a week before it's in a ponytail or bun. I just tried to color wow dream coat extra strength and that definitely helped cause I sweat alot.

Girl, I have wanted to be a straight natural my whole adult life, but living in Florida ha ha! the weather be really trying me plus I am a sweater 😂 Do you have any high humidity weather products that you recommend? Color wow works pretty good only last me a good 2 weeks

The flexi rod look is great. I've never tried it before, so now I plan to. I've been a straight natural all my life. I wash my hair twice a month, low blow dry, 370 flat iron. Fantasia heat protector straightening serum works great. I tried the wash and braids/twists, but I got so many fairy knots that I had to leave those styles alone. My hair is healthy and past bra strap length as a straight natural.

I have the same scalp condition as you. My hair texture looks like yours as well. How often do you do this to your scalp? I just shampooed and condition on Saturday. My scalp is already covered with flakes…. So annoyed with Psoriasis😩.

I always keep my hair straightened. When it gets frizzy I do large heat less curls.

You need to take the time to comb out your hair and often. Why don't you section off the hair with clamps and comb through each section otherwise the hair becomes tangled and then it is very hard to just comb it. Also use a detangler after washing your hair. I don't know if all of that is your real hair. That might explain why you are not really going to the back side. Good luck. You can also blow dry your tangled hair.

Can I ask what do you use to keep your edges sleek? My hair gets really straight but the edges get curly fast and ruins the whole look for me. All the edge controls have water and really make my edges all curly.
