I know it is a bit late commenting, youtube popped your video. Sorry aboit the loss, had a car stolen, not nice feeling. But Pilings lock marina is a joke. We used to keep our boat there. The key pad for the gates is a few quid chineese special. Plenty of youtube videos how to bypass it in a few seconds. I remmeber they sent anouncements about code changes due to "security reasons". Nobody said the campervan was stolen.

The juxtaposition between the modern high gloss inbuilt furniture and the traditional sink wall paper in the bedroom is interesting.. it's heartening to see hightech doors leading out to the bow...the oldie worldy wooden doors that are still being used by most manufacturer's are a left over from the victorian era!!!.❤️🇬🇧

You can see why their so expensive.. literally hand built by skilled trades men..unlike a house these wide beams move and have all the luxuries modern life can offer at a fraction of the price of bricks and sticks..as a retired person who has a caravan and loves to travel around England these canal boats suite my life style perfectly...now i just have to convince the "BALL AND CHAIN" to sell the house and get on board!!!.🤣🤣

Beautiful in many aspects. Too much gray for me, but im sure that can be changed per order/owner. Looks very peaceful and inviting. We don't have these here in the US, which is a shame. It would be wonderful to have a residential area of nothing but these taking up so little space.

Oh my I wish I had a tunnel like that near me, just spent ages rubbing down my boat and taking almost the entire roof back to metal as that had got really bad, finally just finished prepping and undercoating the boat all the time battling against the weather this summer, rain, gales or to bloody hot its been a nightmare, want to get on with the topcoats but freaking out now.
