I hate that you stop doing trucking videos
please come back. i want to see u again. love u!
Why's your right side hood mirror so far to the right? It should be more to the left. Also that red lug cover under the hood on passenger right side of the engine should be put over the positive lug..dot will get you on that
Your videos are very informative.. Have you stopped making new ones?
Thank you for all the detail!
Starting my orientation on August 5th (2024) with them. Not looking forward to it. On the other hand, the sooner it starts, the sooner it is over.
GREAT, VIDEOS
I need information on the training Do you really need to pass the training? I mean if you don’t pass it they let you go?
That's correct. If you don't pass the training, or they feel its not working out, they let you go.
REPENT AND FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST BEFORE ITS TOO LATE 🔴REPENT AND FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST BEFORE ITS TOO LATE 🔴JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY HOPE 🔴
Very informative and insightful, thanks!❤
Did you get paid the same week you started? I know some companies do. I start fresh monday for inexperienced training.
I am considering going to schneider for training
Brand new drivers with no experience cannot expect to get a good truck from day 1. Doesn't make sense for the company since so many newbies tear up equipment. I was in a pile of junk for the first 4 months then they put me in a brand new truck.
Not when the company advertised newer trucks and safety 1st. When a company like that advertised stuff like that, at the bare minimum, the truck has to be in good working order with no smells. Of course 2 years ago, would be sanitized. I would not expect a brand new truck right off the bat either. How would any company expect their workers to do their job if the equipment isn't working properly?!?! There would be no company without their employees and/or customers.
Thank for your videos but im really upset because my family member went to the Indianapolis place got all the way 2nd wk to a wed 2 days before he was to start with his TE on the truck they gave him a test on the HOS and he missed 2 answers failed and was sent home. The next week got a call asking that he pay 2400 for the breach of contract. He watched trainees hit trailers and almost the instructor but was not sent home Schneider beware new recruits some can and some cant when who gets sent home. js
What about 35 questions test ?
where r you? I'm so in love with you, Rookie Rodrigo! You're so so good looking. I love ur nose. Ur one of the prettiest girls i've seen. can u make more videos? i want to know what happened to u since u left schneider.
You are exhausting. And weak.
Is your truck an automatic trans ?
Great video! Thanks!
i love u, Rookie Rodrigo! I love the way u look...u look amasing! I want to see more of u. please make more videos...ur so so pretty
ur pretty, Rookie Rodrigo. give us an update video.
Damn she’s a crybaby, overreact much
Be careful Schneider will fire you if they see this video. They don’t care if you have your phone in a holder either.
Change the in cab filters, now use Tire shine on the floor and doors and any plastic in the truck, spray lysol on everything not plastic. Keep windows up. Best to do on time off. And Do not put tire shine on petals. Wipe tire shine 5 min. After spraying. Works for me.
Yep I bet you'll be back working the drive thru window at mcdonalds by next week. Quit your bitchen crybaby and get to work. THATS the secret. These Gen X,Y & ZIP kids don't know what its really like to have to work for a living. I987 to 1995, I worked THREE jobs at the same time to make ends meet. Never see a young guy do that anymore. Might interfere with his gaming time.
Thank you very helpful
Thanks you for everything, i will be reporting to Carlisle, PA on Sunday Nov 12
Hey RODRIGO are you still trucking?
Yes i am! i’m currently working Local for an LTL company!
make more videos@@rookierodrigo1481
Did she get fired for recording a vid while driving? Another UA-camr got fired for recording while driving for Schneider.
That's fantastic you didn't fail for hitting a curb. I failed a Swift drive test for hitting a curb. It was 1005 my fault too. I had not slept at all the night prior and did not take a trick curb wide enough.
it sounds like you were working for a bunch of idiots. They didn't understand that they can't get that smell out of the truck just by trying to detail it in the way they did. They have to completely remove the seat covers off the cushions, take the cushions off, and replace them or wash them while off the metal frame of the seat at least three times and soak in ammonia. then they need to dry it out in the sun for a day before putting it back together. any fabric needs to be replaced or washed like i mentioned. the carpet should have been completely replaced and all the structure and metal underneath cleaned and wiped down. everything needed to be meticulously washed and/or replaced if smoke touched the surface. btw, where are you? are you still at pepsi? can you please give us an update and make more videos? i like ur pretty face.
It is so hard to hear you
What would you say the experience be for someone that has English as there second language be like
Am I understand you correctly? Schneider requires you to run a paper log every day even though you're using an Eld?
Howdy- Any videos of your adventures with Expo ? thanks
I smoked but never in the truck. I'd smoke on breaks or if the truck was in the garage, etc. It helped me cut down. I didn't smell as horrendous. 😂 Nonsmokers can get ill pretty bad. It's unfortunate. You know it's bad when a smoker gets grossed out. I'm surprised the company allowed that. Aren't there cameras in there? Should've fired his/her a55 the first time. Gotta make an example sometimes. Hope your truck is much better now. 😊
I didn't check the engine area at night either. I always checked underneath for leaks though. Checking oil or tryna fill fluids in the dark was never my strong suit. 😂 The mornings were all about the engine in an anal manner. 🤭 The dipstick in a 4-wheeler gets wiped off for accuracy. Why wouldn't a tractor be done the same way? I've found oil way above the full line when first pulling it out. Upon wiping and reinserting, it was just under half and needed more. If I had left it... wiping only takes a second. Whoever said that... I feel sorry for that truck they're driving. 😢 I love that driving. All the preparation to ensure the truck is good and safe to drive is part of the enjoyment. I used to love knowing I was legal and safe when those wheels began to turn. 😅 Love the videos! I appreciate you sharing your journey. I hope to run into you someplace one day to thank you in-person. It definitely has helped me to get my nerves in-order before restarting in this profession. Much love from northern MN. 😁 Note: I was shown how to find satellite pictures of unknown stops. There you can mentally prepare where to pull in and see the hut, layout beforehand. I found that helped immensely.
Nice! There's practice with things. I didn't get that with another company. It felt rushed and they said learning on the job was good enough. It wasn't for me. Being nervous creates blocks sometimes. 😊 Practicing within the in-house training like you have will work better for me.
Thank you for this video of facts. You're right. Most videos are opinionated and dangerous with regard to potential interests in that company. I don't know why the company doesn't sue for slander because some may take the negative opinions and avoid that company. Ignorant people do that instead of trying it out for themselves. I intend to try it out. But it helps to see facts on how a company does things as a prepatory measure. Thank you again! 😁
Where is the Rookie Rodrigo????? 😳
Super! Thank you ❤
I like you
Did you manage to quit before Schneider fired you for making a youtube video while driving?
What kind of drug test they due?
Hair folical
Hey ; I am starting my orientation this Monday but I’ll drive tanker; are you still with them.? Any advice?
