I have 5 active CCWs as a totally blind person and know other blind Americans who have them, but still get crap even though more cops and sighted CCWs have killed people wrongly under furtive action then the blind, even per capita. In fact A blind person using their gun at extreme CQC ranges where need and target I.D. is almost assured is far more sound in court then taking the time to do all the checks and aim, that is unless you are playing out some western theater. Therefore, I and others who are blind should be included if trained within the borders of our vision loss due to having a right to self-defense. It shouldn't be based upon a rediculous sporting range type of test that if copied would be viewed as unnecessary use of a CCW. We as "Americans with bvision loss, which can be anyone due to illness or old age or just the sun going down, should be allowed to carry our weapons just like the sighted in all states. You might be uncomfortable at the thought of blind people with guns, but that is not our concern. Keeping secure, just like you by being armed against attackers, however is.

Gave up and left Washington last year after 48 years trying to stem the tide. Have friends in Idaho who kept telling me I should move there because what happened in WA (and other states) could never happen there. I told them, don't kid yourselves. I see all the comments on different channels telling people in WA, OR, CA to come to Idaho and live free. You can look around at all the other states and see, or you can live in denial in Idaho. Maybe you could slow it down a little by not allowing people who move to Idaho to vote or hold public office for at least 5 years of continuous residence in Idaho. Good luck.
