0:00 Reading United States House of Representatives
8:32 Deportation of Migrants for Sex Offenses
Can the actions of our elected officials shape the very core of our nation's identity and values? Join me, Justin Alan Hayes, as I challenge conventional perspectives on the U.S. political landscape, weaving in insights from past conversations with David and Amanda Solomon. This episode of Voices for Voices® puts a spotlight on 158 members of the United States House of Representatives, acknowledging the complex roles they play in addressing pressing political issues. By reading aloud their names and states, I aim to create a deeper understanding of how their decisions affect us all, while encouraging listeners to stay informed and engaged with the political process.
In another compelling segment, we tackle the thorny issue of deportation for sex offenses, a topic that should ideally rise above partisan lines. My surprise at the lack of bipartisanship among 158 Democratic House members who opposed such measures spurs a conversation about the intersection of immigration, legal consequences, and second chances. Reflecting on the importance of accountability, I advocate for differentiating between a person’s worth and their actions, highlighting our collective responsibility to support those who have served their time. This episode is designed to provide clarity on these critical issues, urging thoughtful reflection on how our representatives stand for the interests of their constituents.
This episode explores the critical issue of migrant deportation related to sex offenses, focusing on the implications of a vote by 158 representatives against such measures. The conversation prompts reflections on the intersection of law, community safety, and ethical accountability in political decisions.
• Unveiling the context of the 158 names read
• Discussing the bipartisan implications of deportation policies
• Addressing the ethical responsibilities of lawmakers
• Examining the need for accountability from representatives
• Highlighting the effects of changes in trafficking laws
Please be a voice for you or somebody in need.

Funny every judge in South East Missouri does those things every day
This didn't age well!
Hi! 👋 I checked out your channel, and the videos are awesome! 🎥 However, improving the SEO in your descriptions and adding rank tags can boost growth. 🚀 Feel free to reach out if you'd like some tips! 💡
I liked your video, but it doesn't show it. UA-cam probably shad0bnd me again.
Amazing how many people follow like 🐑 sheep , no questions asked I guess many of the so called " experts " put the fear and repeated it hundreds of times . . . . But is that enough to risk your life ? Always think and get answers , forget the so called mandates Not worth dieing for
Just what you would expect in Ohio, a bigot racist judge acting like he is some kind of divine overseer.
OMG, first off there is no “allegedly”, the shooting was recorded on video. Secondly, the Sheriff was no more responsible for the Judges personal security than he was for the average citizens personal security. You make it sound like the judge had a security detail. This is small town America, not P. Diddy, there was no security detail. Thirdly, the word is preliminary not “pulmonary” as you clearly stated. At first I thought the caption got it wrong so I rewound and re-listened, you actually said “pulmonary” lmao. I’m from Letcher County, I knew Judge Mullins. He was a good person. Not just a good judge but a good human being. I had him on retainer for a custody case before he became District Judge. Neither Stines nor Mullins were elected to their positions initially. Mullins was appointed as acting District Judge and later was elected to it. Likewise, Stines was appointed as acting Sheriff and then later elected outright. I didn’t know Stines well. I saw him when I paid my property taxes and that’s about it. But I heard a lot of rumors about him that involved stolen money, drugs and guns from the property room prior to him becoming Sheriff. The truth will all come out at trial. But if I had to guess from what I’ve heard and from what I know, I’d guess that Mullins right regarding whatever happened. That’s just my gut feeling, that Mullins did nothing wrong. But we shall see what comes out at trial.
Thanks for sharing the content
Ask Diddy where they are. Victims are saying there were dozens of brown babies and children that didn’t speak English
Such a charming and knowledgeable woman and a big humanist for sure. I cannot believe how few people are here to listen to her.
Art should be central. It seems that there is a finally a movement in this area.
I invented a method where there is no competition, but collaboration.
Really? The whole damn system is corrupt.
Just another criminal liar lawyer who should be permanently disbarred. ANY lawyer who defends him should also be disbarred. These so called elites are just idiot arrogant self-righteous trash.
He should not be allowed back on the bench EVER!!!
Sounds like embezzlement to me.
Yes it seems like a pretty light sentence. However we’ve got an f-ing felon running for president. Nothing in the law makes sense anymore.
Wtf is unconstitionality? The vocal fry makes this grating and difficult to listen to, couldn't finish this crap.
Why isn't he in jail?????
Shelby Municipal Judge Sheree Studer and Law Defector..... *Cough* I mean director Gordon Eyster needs to go too! Theyre all bred from Mckown & Mckown Lawyers.. (FreeMaySins) And they have gottrn away with quite a lot of bs at this point. Feel free to go hear the most ridiculous Sham Legal proceeding of Collusion amongst Assistant Prosecutors (Matthew Metcalf and Teri Burnside) from Richland County Prosecutors, public defender Ben Zushin (found multiple photos of him and Matthew Metcalf together, he is the one who tried to fabricate Abduction charges on me, violated the Brady rule as well, and coerced my wife into claiming her false statement was "true" out of fear that she "would be in very serious trouble for lying", and that he thought she was having some.memory problems and asked for a copy of her statement to refresh her memory. Thats when Dale Muscilli my first public defender calls out that he never received a copy of the statement. So for about 30 minutes he never even seen the only thing they were trying to use as "evidence" to charge me with felony 3 abduction.. My wife had gotten a DV 10-11 years prior, which was for threatening to shoot me in my "f**kin face which was a threat and a promise". Yet the Shelby PD officer Nolen and Turner Completely disregarded her DV, even she herself spoke to them that she had been charger with DV when she was 19. Yet they release multiple assault rifles, handguns, shotgun and over 700 rounds of ammunition to her which she proceeded to sell (over 7000$ in value, just like the 7000$ in my tools and drones etc.) Violation of federal gun control act of 1968 {Lautenberg Amendment of 1996} How ironic is the word "Lauten" if you replace the "T" with an "R", you'd get Lauren... Just thought that was ironic. feel free to follow my channel, ill be putting an interview up of me in person going over everything. and as i serve these tyrants a federal lawsuit and the process. ill be making a documentary about it. Theres so much more it would take me days to type about it in this comment box. It is good to see some accountability tho! This Municipal "overreach" and Abuse of process has run rampid, and these corrupt county common pleas allowing felony charges to be pressed by city PD officers with very little to no oversight, and clerk of courts holding probable cause hearings, determining probable cause, and issuing "warrants on complaint". Which can only be done my an impartial and unbiased Magistrate or Judge. Not a clerk of Courts like Shannon Small of the Shelby Municipal Court. Which needs an oversight board and an overhaul in Public officials as its full of Egotistical Sociopathic Narcissitic Individuals. There suppose to be Public Servants, As in we the people put them there. We expect them to be responsible, honest, Have integrity, But in all reality, as they realize the power they have been given, their morales begin to fade, and Absolute Power Corrupts absolutely. I personally believe if we dont want to witness WWII / Nazi Germany Replay (Orwellian 1984) Police State / Military Industrial Complex / Illuminati "FreeMaySin" Barrister Banker (IHS For those who have studied well.. I dont agree with your Secret oaths btw.. I guess that is the reality of it all tho, Satan is the ruler of this realm, atleast at the moment. Your Black Robe Synagogue Of Satan and demonic narcissist army, the house of cards is crumbling....Its destined to fall... Everything in the dark eventually comes to light. The 144,000 are waking up
ohio is north florida
A lot of people from ohio move there?
Then get him off the bench! He is a crook. Should lose his job. Disgrace.
When Business mentality takes over governmental functions. Profit before justice or mercy.
One crooked Ohio judge what about the others I'm from there crooks all of them i left the state and still can't stand the hole state crooks
Yeah I'm going to watch that
Sub #79! You caught my attention! From afar in South Shore, Massachusetts.. ⚖️🇺🇸💪🤘
This is why people don't trust the judicial system!!!
You see, there's the problem, He should never be allowed to practice or to set on his throne. I'd imagine every one of the disciplinary Judges that ruled on this has broken the law also more than once. I'd say do away with Qualified Immunity. That and we need to start teaching citizens about Jury Nullification. Everyone needs to know that it is our right and duty to JUDGE THE LAW first, not just the defendant!
Judges don't have qualified immunity, they have _absolute_ immunity for what they do as judges. If they step outside that role as a judge - as a notable case with a female family court judge - then they got problems. But the real problem is that if judges have no immunity, no one will be a judge. And a rich person - or someone who can raise money - can simply avoid trial by suing every judge they come before. Ergo, it would destroy the system.
And why is his license to practice not being revoked?
Takes time. The state bar has to hear the criminal and/or ethical violations. Then they render a decision. If they did that and didn’t have him disbarred, look into them then!
Isn't this blackmail and threats to kidnap if you don't pay the bully's money he needs to be in jail suspended for 18 months absolutely disgusting
This is what happens when the bar runs the world. You have lawyers and judges taking a allegiance, to a crown
Thats in portage county, same county as the sheriff who wanted a list of Harris supporters before the election he was to lead protection for.
Try stating the full story of the cop and not cheery pick the parts you like. He made that statement about the harris supporters so that he could send illegals to them since they are voting for an administration that is bringing and allowing illegals into this country.
Wrong, Stow is in Summit County in Ohio.
And that sheriff made a joke... The cry baby demon Democrats made lies and lies. Just what the demon Democrats do !
Okay we're judging the judge put him in jail just like anybody else no excuses he's a criminal lock him up
Columbus Ohio jails people all the time for not paying....
What political stripe is the judge?
Take a WILD GUESS...
Republican, of course.
So what- ya got a Democrat just arrested for premeditated murder of a journalist - Get bent- You r delusional
Why wasn't he disbarred? Eveything he did should have had him disbarred.
Has anyone ever been in child support fraud. Same thing and they are still getting away with this.
When are these idiots going to learn? You can't break the law to enforce the law.
If someone is a judge or police officer or anyone who works in these power government positions they're offence is even worse than a civilians because they abused their authority. They should be in jail and do more time than a civilian. This is why we have so much corruption is because they get a slap on the wrist and the victims loose jobs loose money or a trafffic stop or even get murdered by the police and of course most of the time a police officer is protected by his her dept right? Do the people have any objections?? I didnt think so we are sick of the bullshit and its gotta stop!!
Here is a quote from Judge Hoover in his 2019 re-election bid about who should pay for the new court house. I think he just took it to personal. "It is important to me that law-abiding citizens do not carry the burden of paying to operate the court. That responsibility should rest on the offenders who use it".
Good thing no one innocent ever gets convicted!
Speeding it up to 2x makes the verbal communication sound normal
Thanks for the tip!
Sure makes it easier to listen to😂😂😂
Thank you! It's much better now.
Yeah I’m pretty sure he puffed a bit before the video
