Im interested in the process that will be used to “checkup” on taxpayers. It was alledged that Randy Seal weaponized the tax system and targeted non-supporters or less supporters. A systematic process will minimize or reduce these allegations. Do you have a systematic and objective process for selecting who gets checked?

Live off hwy hwy 38. Never see sheriff cars on road. Some folks seem to think it’s a race track. Really bad today. Been here for 30 years and I can count on 1 hand how many times I’ve seen the sheriffs cars out here.

Sorry to be late to this but hey, people running to the dump with loose trash on trailers with no side or in their pick up trucks without some kind of cover on their trash is HUGE on the 62 going into Pine and the other roads to the dump. I have had to swerve many times to avoid bags of trash in the road. Can we get the dump to start fining for loads that come in that are obviously not covered loads or unrestrained trash? I get it things happen but people should be watching their loads and stopping if they are blowing out on the road. Just wait deer season is coming the Parish will be covered in empty bags of feed corn as it is every year.

Ah yes, news organizations like to edit their film to make statements more "newsworthy".

What about outside city limit I believe that's where the real issue lies especially since that's where most people dump them.

Other shelters set up wish lists on Chewy and Amazon. This allows the public to have items the shelter needs shipped right to them. It may be worth investigating.
