@Dean_AL For me it's much more difficult to drive using cockpit. But I've seen others do better with it.

@@arc_juju1993 I honestly can't recall what happened that caused me to fall back so far. One minute, I'm in slip, and the next minute, I'm all alone in 4th place. Ggs on the win.

@@Wr3ckStarr It's not super bad anymore. It is still easy to make a mistake and oversteer.

​@@Illusive_Batman don't fear direct mode.. practice always. I have 90-70 and i feel perfect with this preset. Sometimes i use 100-70 for summit. Someone use 90-90 or 100-90. Still didn't try that far

@@NMSSN If I'm not using direct mode, I run with 100/75(sometimes 80). In summits, I don't use direct mode bc I'm trying to get my best scores. I'm still fairly new to direct mode, but I'm starting to feel more comfortable with it.

@@Illusive_Batman actually went to 90-90 direct mode and 50-0-100 on steering... Works like a charm with more speed on exit from corners. Previously i had 90-70 direct mode and 0-0-100 on steering, but i was so slow on corners cuz of the 0-0-100 steering....

When he caught that slip I knew he was gonna pass me, I tried to keep him back as long as I could. That first curve after transition to RR, I almost pushed him off by mistake, which is why I hit my brakes, I was not gonna take his position like that.

@@Wr3ckStarr I made a few mistakes. This car handles differently, but I was able to get a handle on it much better than I thought I would. I'll keep getting better.

@@thejasus7637 Sometimes, you just get the right setup. After the st1 transition, I knew I had this one. I was the only one who slowed down for that curve while everyone else went flying off the road.

@@thejasus7637 It's actually a serious question based on my lack of speed in the race. It felt like I was braking, but I was not at all. Everyone else was simply faster.

@@Wr3ckStarr I drive the Bugatti bc I am used to it the most in HC, and the familiarity helps me to drive better. I do need to adjust the tune on the T.50.

@@Illusive_Batman Bugatti held me up for a while. Controllor settings help a lot with improving handling

@@Wr3ckStarr This race is what made me realize that I should have been in the T.50s. It has a better top speed and more powerfully nos. If I was in it, then it is highly possible we would have caught, and possibly I could have passed him. I was happy to have these guys racing because they were all clean racers.

@@Wr3ckStarr The Bugatti gave you a ton of wins 😆. And my controller settings are finally in the best spot they've ever been, the only change I'll make it to use direct mode. I haven't adjusted pro settings since fixing my controller settings though.

@@Illusive_Batman exactly. It took me a few races to get used to it. I kept getting frustrated because I would floor it but you have to pay attention to the car and the sound and how it feels. You will know what I’m talking about lol

@@Wr3ckStarr I am learning how to gutter better. I know it makes you faster, much faster than slamming a wall 😆 🤣 and I love the Camaro, I feel like it gutters much easier, has better acceleration, and handles better than the t50. I think the only place it lacks is top speed, but that's barely noticeable.
