I'll share an interesting crystal story for you Cathy, as I concur. When the energy kicked off a couple of years ago I started getting more contact from my friends in other bodies (and very fast ships lol). They dropped a little crystal (quartz) into my veggie patch, underneath the mulch. No other way for it to get there, it was a pure manifestation. It was used for a period of 12 months for them to get energy into me for my light body, then it was dropped somewhere in Melbourne's CBD when no longer needed, as I am the crystal now 😉💎 No attachment to external tools or techniques :)
