I LOST 30LBS in 6 months with HYBRID TRAINING, Running & Bodybuilding
I do this to myself all the time, chronic pain sucks man. I always think maybe tomorrow will be better. We can overdo it at times, I think sometimes you just got to work with what you have and give your body a break!
@@gazsto exactly mate. It's about learning to pace yourself, which I'm not great at 😂 I'm at the point now where if I wake up and feel like I can't train, I don't push myself, and take the day off.
@@my_running_project84 That's great mate and you can maintain mental health and physical and keep them in balance you will undoubtedly balance out your energy. As men we push too hard for gains, but that's also testosterone keeping us strong. 🦾
Just done 7k run with sciatica in my left leg. Its painfull as fuck
@@krismorton6115 make sure you rest up buddy. It's not fun at all is it. People will see guys like us out running and think 'oh there's nothing wrong with them' they don't see the aftermath that we deal with.
@my_running_project84 carnt rest bud got 8 hour shift in the kitchen then onto the weights and boxing tonight 💪
@ look after yourself mate. Don't do yourself any harm.
@my_running_project84 I tried killing myself 3 times mate I'm 28 now been good for 4 years im the biggest and most fit I ever been boxing and gym saved my life 💪 so I have to train everyday in multiple areas to stop the thoughts in my head. Sounds crazy but it's the only option for me bro 💯
@@krismorton6115 Just be careful, pushing yourself too hard has repercussions if you're not too careful, all about balance! Exercise and rest, nutrition and diet, enjoyment and fun!
