How did you like being in the smaller forward Business Class cabin? Also, do you know if we will be able to use the Polaris Lounge in Chicago since Swiss is a Star Alliance partner?

feels like Business Premium. I think it comes down to how much one paid for it. What I always find baffling with BA these days is how wildly different the experience can be from one flight to the next. There are quite a few times even on Club Europe when the crew have been very attentive and the purser's gone round to introduce themselves and refer to passengers by name. And the food situation too has varied remarkably from one flight to the next. BA have doubled down on this by cutting the food available on night flights and 'brunch'.

I have flown their 777ER business class from YYZ and IAH previously, good hard product and outstanding soft product. I have the 787-9 next year for a TPE - SEA trip, looking forward to it.

I was cabin crew with BA for over 30yrs. I get what you're saying about a lot of things. Fortunately for BA, when I was flying, passengers told us that it was time and time again, the attitude and attention of the crew which brought them back. Interesting, though not surprising, to learn that your cabin crew experience was less than you had expected. I'm afraid that the "good days" are long gone. I wish I could have met you whilst I was flying. Love your vidéos by the way. No bla, bla, bla. Straight and to the point, no dawdling. Keep 'em coming.👍🙂

I have to agree with the service on BA flights. Recently travelled to the Maldives in Club World return which is considered by BA as a premium route. The costs of the flights were £6k for two of us alone. The cabin crew in most part were just average in the Club World cabin. Try to get a smile out of any of the crew was near on impossible and extremely disappointing. Some of the crew looked like they really didn't want to be there, if they worked for me they would be let go i'm afraid. as their standards and customer care were shocking. BA cabin crew and standards really need to improve

Did the SFO-SIN round trip recently on the long haul version of the 359, the one with only business and premium. Outbound ended up at just over 17 hours while inbound was just under 15. We were fortunate to score business saver award tickets. The food was amazingly good. I’d rate it restaurant quality. I had sea bass and dim sum as the two meals. Typically, fish in airplane meals gets pretty dry and over sauced. This was moist and, honestly, perfectly prepared with very little sauce. The dim sum was also fresh and moist. Returning, the steak was perfect and the mee siam was very tasty. I got about 7 hours sleep on both segments, but at 6’2” and size 12 feet, I thought the footwell was a little cramped. But that’s me. The cabin crew on both flights were outstanding, no surprise. I’m very hard of hearing and very much appreciated the closed captioning on their movies. ANA doesn’t do that as much. It’s a long, LONG flight, but we managed just fine.

Nice vlog! I follow reviews on SQ because I had such an amazing trip on SQ Business Class back in 2019 (pre all the rubbish). It looks like you had an amazing trip! From the The Jewel to the in terminal hotel, Silver Kris lounge, and flight. The A350 is such a beautiful plane - and the SQ service so amazing! The seat looks the same as on their 777 - the A380 has more of a 'pod' and you can make the seat lie flat whilst in it - the A350 regional (BNE - SIN) is not as well appointed - still good for the route flown. But the best bit on SQ in Business Class is a) everthing b) book the cook c) singapore slings - I also booked the Lobster Thermidor and it was amazing! My whole experience over several long flights with SQ was that overall, they would be hard to beat. Can't wait til I fly them again!

Tried to fly Qatar business twice during the plandemic, but was canceled both times. Hurt me bad because they very long haul and were scheduled to be Q-suites. Love middle east airlines business experience, and soon plan to try Qatar again. Fingers crossed. Safe travels.

Last time I flew with them was about 3 years ago, Manchester-Omam-Bangkok , one of the best business class flight that I've experienced.Their Arabic coffee was delicious.

Their international F is very mediocre. But fortunately it's pretty easy to an upgrade to it on J fare and status.

That's why I never prefer Air India... That's why I never go for affordability and cheap prices. I always get a disappointing result with cheap and affordable commodities.

Great review and in agreement with what I have seen lately... BA is not up to par with other competitive airlines in First class and cabin crew seems to have an attitude problem when it comes to service or may be an ALTITUDE problem...🤣🤣
