Pantry Transformation ✨DIY IKEA-Style Storage 📦 Lemon-Blueberry Cake Recipe 🍋🫐

In this video, you’ll find a delicious lemon-blueberry cake recipe 🍋🫐, a DIY IKEA-style storage basket for all the little things, and a full pantry transformation: before and after! 🎉
You’ll see how simple solutions can maximize storage space in a rental apartment.
Recipe for Lemon Blueberry Cake
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
210 g sugar
1 cup yogurt
½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
200-260 g flour (amount depends on flour type)
2 tsp baking powder
1 lemon (zest and juice)
½ tsp cornstarch
450 g blueberries
Powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation:
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until they reach a fluffy, pale consistency (about 5 minutes). Add the yogurt, olive oil, vanilla, and salt, and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing well each time.
Add the lemon zest and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Combine the cleaned, dry blueberries with lemon juice and cornstarch.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour half of the batter into the pan and sprinkle with blueberries. Then, add the remaining batter and top with the remaining blueberries, gently pressing them into the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 55 minutes, using the top and bottom heating setting.
